连我知己的朋友，我所信赖、吃我饭的人也用脚踢我。

然而，他们没有进步，因为他们的愚昧必在众人面前显露出来，像那两人一样。

就是照父神的预知，藉着圣灵得以成圣，以致顺服耶稣基督，又蒙他血所洒的人。愿恩惠、平安多多地赐给你们！愿颂赞归于我们主耶稣基督的父神！他曾照自己的大怜悯，藉着耶稣基督从死人中复活，重生了我们，使我们有活的盼望，好得到不朽坏、不玷污、不衰残、为你们存留在天上的基业，就是为你们这些藉着信、蒙神大能保守的人，能获得他所预备、到末世要显现的救恩。

撒在石头地上的，就是人听了道，立刻欢喜领受，只因心里没有根，不过是暂时的，一旦为道遭受患难或迫害，立刻就跌倒。

凡属我不结果子的枝子，他就剪掉；凡结果子的，他就修剪干净，使枝子结果子更多。

因为假基督和假先知将要起来，显大神迹、大奇事，如果可能，要把选民也迷惑了。

现在这时刻也是这样，照着出于恩典的拣选，还有所留的余数。既是靠恩典，就不凭行为，不然，恩典就不再是恩典了。

凡父所赐给我的人，必到我这里来；到我这里来的，我总不丢弃他。因为我从天上降下来，不是要按自己的意愿行，而是要遵行差我来那位的旨意。差我来那位的旨意就是：他所赐给我的，要我一个也不失落，并且在末日使他复活。

我们听说，有几个人从我们这里出去，用一些话骚扰你们，使你们的心困惑，其实我们并没有吩咐他们。

耶稣基督的仆人、雅各的兄弟犹大，写信给那些被召、在父神里蒙爱、为耶稣基督保守的人。

倘若他们因认识我们的主和救主耶稣基督而得以脱离世上的污秽，后来又被污秽缠住，被制伏，他们末后的景况就比先前更不好了。他们知道义路，竟背弃了传授给他们那神圣的诫命，倒不如不知道为妙。

我们却不是退缩以致沉沦的那等人，而是有信心以致得生命的人。
