惡人的道路一片幽暗，他們不知被何物絆倒。

若有人說自己在光明中，卻恨他的弟兄姊妹，他就仍然活在黑暗裡。

但以色列人的心剛硬，直到今日，他們每逢讀舊約的時候，同樣的帕子還在那裡，沒有揭去。因為只有在基督裡，那帕子才能被除去。

如果我們說與祂相交，卻仍過著黑暗的生活，就是撒謊，沒有遵行真理。

「主使他們眼瞎、心硬，免得他們眼睛看見，心裡明白，回心轉意，就得到我的醫治。」
