My little children, I write these things to you so that you may not sin. If anyone sins, we have a Counselor with the Father, Jesus Christ, the righteous.

我小子乎、我書此遺爾、免爾干罪、人若干罪、則我儕於父前有代言者、即義者耶穌基督也、

我書達小子、使爾不陷罪、人若陷罪、則於父前、有保惠師、義人耶穌基督、

小子乎、我書此達爾、使爾不陷罪、若有人陷罪、則在父前有我中保、即義人耶穌基督、

小子乎、吾作是書、欲爾等勿犯罪耳。然即使不幸獲罪、則吾人在聖父臺前、自有恩保代為贖罪、即聖者耶穌基督是已。

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father— Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

But he, because he lives forever, has his priesthood unchangeable.Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them.For such a high priest was fitting for us: holy, guiltless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Little children, let no one lead you astray. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.

For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind; for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin,that you no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.For we have spent enough of our past time doing the desire of the Gentiles, and having walked in lewdness, lusts, drunken binges, orgies, carousings, and abominable idolatries.

She said,“ No one, Lord.” Jesus said,“ Neither do I condemn you. Go your way. From now on, sin no more.”

My little children, of whom I am again in travail until Christ is formed in you—

Don’t work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him.”

I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, little children, because you know the Father.

“ Be angry, and don’t sin.” Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath,

For through him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.

Rejoice greatly, daughter of Zion! Shout, daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you! He is righteous, and having salvation; lowly, and riding on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and no sin is in him.

Jesus therefore answered them,“ Most certainly, I tell you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father doing. For whatever things he does, these the Son also does likewise.For the Father has affection for the Son, and shows him all things that he himself does. He will show him greater works than these, that you may marvel.For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom he desires.For the Father judges no one, but he has given all judgment to the Son,that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who doesn’t honor the Son doesn’t honor the Father who sent him.“ Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.Most certainly I tell you, the hour comes, and now is, when the dead will hear the Son of God’s voice; and those who hear will live.For as the Father has life in himself, even so he gave to the Son also to have life in himself.

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?May it never be! We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?

Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him,“ Behold, you are made well. Sin no more, so that nothing worse happens to you.”

Wake up righteously, and don’t sin, for some have no knowledge of God. I say this to your shame.

Little children, keep yourselves from idols.

Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.

Turning to the disciples, he said,“ All things have been delivered to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is, except the Father, and who the Father is, except the Son, and he to whomever the Son desires to reveal him.”

For Christ hasn’t entered into holy places made with hands, which are representations of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

What then? Shall we sin, because we are not under law, but under grace? May it never be!

These things I write to you, hoping to come to you shortly;

Little children, I will be with you a little while longer. You will seek me, and as I said to the Jews,‘ Where I am going, you can’t come,’ so now I tell you.
