如果我们生活在光明之中，像上帝在光明中一样，就能够彼此相交，上帝儿子耶稣的血能洗净我们一切的罪。

吾人能實踐光明之道、有如天主之光明者、則吾人實已彼此神交心契、而天主聖子耶穌之寶血、實已滌除吾人之罪矣。

你们从前活在黑暗中，现在既然活在主的光明中，行事为人就该像光明的儿女。

黑夜已深，天将破晓，我们要除掉黑暗的行为，穿上光明的盔甲。

我们从耶稣那里听见、现在传给你们的信息就是：上帝是光，在祂里面毫无黑暗。

更何况基督借着永恒的灵把自己毫无瑕疵地献给上帝呢？祂的血岂不更能洗净我们的良心，使我们脱离导致灭亡的行为，以便事奉永活的上帝吗？

耶稣对他们说：“光在你们中间照耀的时候不多了，你们要趁着有光的时候走路，免得黑暗来临后，走在黑暗里的人不知道要往哪里去。

你们当中有些以前就是这样的人，但靠着主耶稣基督的名和我们上帝的灵，你们已经被洗净，成为圣洁的义人了。

“到那天，必为大卫家和耶路撒冷的居民开一个泉源，洗净他们的罪恶和污秽。

我们把所见所闻传给你们，使你们可以与我们相交。诚然，我们是与父和祂儿子耶稣基督相交。

上帝是独一不朽的，住在人不能接近的光中，从来没有人见过祂，也没有人能够看见祂。愿尊贵和永远的权柄都归给祂。阿们！

光照亮义人，正直人心中有喜乐。

圣灵、水和血。这三者是一致的。

次日，约翰看见耶稣走过来，就说：“看啊！上帝的羔羊，除去世人罪恶的！

因为你救我脱离死亡，使我没有跌倒，让我可以活在你面前，沐浴生命之光。

弟兄们是靠着羔羊的血和自己所见证的道战胜了它，他们甘愿牺牲，视死如归。

雅各家啊，来吧！让我们走在耶和华的光中。

一切良善的施予和完美的恩赐都是从天上，从众光之父那里来的。祂不像转动的影子变幻无常。

若非相约，二人怎会同行呢？
