有關生命之道，是從太初就有的，是我們所聽到、所親眼看到、所觀察過、又親手摸過的——

论到从起初原有的生命之道，就是我们所听见、所看见、亲眼看过、亲手摸过的。（

有关生命之道，是从太初就有的，是我们所听到、所亲眼看到、所观察过、又亲手摸过的——

論到從起初原有的生命之道，就是我們所聽見、所看見、親眼看過、親手摸過的。（

論到生命之道、那從起初就有的、我們曾聽見、曾親眼看見、曾觀看而親手摸過的道：

維生之道、太初而有、我儕所聞所見、所瞻視而手捫者、

元始生命之道、余耳聞之、目擊之、手捫之、

太初所有生命之道、道或作言下同我儕所聞、親目所睹、我儕所觀、親手所捫者、

吾人所言者、乃元始生命之道、而亦吾人所曾耳濡目染、躬自瞻仰、親受撫摩者也。

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched— this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.

Here is what we announce to everyone about the Word of life. The Word was already here from the beginning. We have heard him. We have seen him with our eyes. We have looked at him. Our hands have touched him.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we looked upon and have touched with our hands, concerning the word of life—

We proclaim to you the one who existed from the beginning, whom we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is the Word of life.

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have observed and have touched with our hands, concerning the word of life—

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the Word of Life—

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life—

That which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, that which we have seen with our eyes, that which we beheld, and our hands handled, concerning the Word of life

What was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have observed and have touched with our hands, concerning the Word of life—

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

This is what we proclaim to you: what was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and our hands have touched( concerning the word of life–

然後他對多馬說：「把你的指頭伸到這裡來，看看我的手吧。伸出你的手來，放進我的肋旁吧。不要不信，而要信！」

我們已經見過，並且現在見證：父差派子做世界的救主，

你們看我的手、我的腳，確實是我。摸我看看！幽靈沒有骨，也沒有肉，你們看，我是有的。」

要知道，我們從前讓你們明白我們主耶穌基督的大能和他來臨的事，並不是隨從巧言編造的故事，相反，我們是親眼見過他威榮的人。他從父神領受尊貴和榮耀的時候，從那威嚴的榮耀中，有這樣的聲音向他傳來，說：「這是我的愛子，我所喜悅的。」這從天上傳來的聲音，是我們與他一起在聖山上的時候聽見的，

我一看見他，就仆倒在他的腳前，像死人那樣。他把右手放在我身上，說：「不要怕！我就是首先的，是末後的，是那永生的。我曾經死過，可是看哪，我現在活著，直到永永遠遠，並且拿著死亡和陰間的鑰匙。

「你要給士每拿教會的使者寫信說：「那位首先的、末後的，那位曾經死去又活過來的，這樣說：

耶穌受難之後，用很多確據向這些人顯明自己是活著的。他在四十天的時間裡向他們顯現，並且講說有關神國的事。

他身穿一件浸過血的袍子；他的名字叫「神的話語」。

原來，做見證的有三者：

父老們哪，我寫信給你們，因為你們已經認識了從太初就有的那一位；年輕人哪，我寫信給你們，因為你們已經勝過了那惡者。孩子們哪，我寫了信給你們，因為你們已經認識了父；父老們哪，我寫了信給你們，因為你們已經認識了從太初就有的那一位；年輕人哪，我寫了信給你們，因為你們是強壯的，神的話語住在你們裡面，你們也已經勝過了那惡者。

是誰施行並成就了這樣的事，從起初就一直召喚歷代的人呢？就是我耶和華——我是首先的，也與末後的同在；我就是那一位。

在耶和華創世之始，在太初創造以先，他就擁有了我。從亙古、從最初、從大地之始，我已經被立。在沒有深淵、沒有湧流眾水的泉源之時，我已經誕生。在群山被安置以先、岡陵被安置之前，我已經誕生。那時耶和華還沒有造大地、田野，也沒有造世上最初的塵土。在他確立諸天時，我在那裡——他在淵面上立定圓穹，他布置天上的雲朵，使深淵的泉眼噴湧；他為海洋設立界限，使眾水不能違背他的吩咐；他立定了大地的根基——那時我在他身邊為工匠，是他每天的喜樂，時時在他面前歡笑，在他的全地上歡笑，我的喜樂與世人同在。

說：「把你所看見的寫在書卷上，送到那七個教會：以弗所、士每拿、佩爾伽馬、錫亞蒂拉、薩迪斯、費拉德菲亞和勞迪西亞。」

看見這事的那人做了見證——他的見證是真實的，並且他知道他所說的是真實的——這是為了要你們也信。
