For it is written in the Law of Moses:“ Do not muzzle an ox while it is treading out the grain.” Is it about oxen that God is concerned?

Here is what is written in the Law of Moses.“ Do not stop an ox from eating while it helps separate the grain from the straw.”( Deuteronomy 25:4) Is it oxen that God is concerned about?

它们都倚靠你按时供应食物。

世人都仰赖你，你按时赐给他们所需的食物。你慷慨满足一切生命的需要。

你们看，乌鸦不种也不收，没仓也没库，上帝尚且养活它们，你们比飞鸟不知要贵重多少！“你们谁能用忧虑使自己多活片刻呢？既然你们连这样的小事都无能为力，又何必为其余的事忧虑呢？看看百合花如何生长吧，它们既不劳苦，也不纺织，但我告诉你们，就连所罗门王最显赫时的穿戴还不如一朵百合花！“野地的草今天还在，明天就要被丢在炉中，上帝还这样装扮它们，何况你们呢？你们的信心太小了！

但第七天是你的上帝耶和华的安息日，你和儿女、仆婢、牛驴等牲畜以及你那里的外族人在这一天不可做任何工，好让仆婢和你一样得到休息。

祂以云霞遮蔽天空，降雨水滋润大地，使山上长出绿草。祂赐食物给走兽，喂养嗷嗷待哺的小乌鸦。

“你们看天上的飞鸟，它们不种，不收，也不在仓里积存粮食，你们的天父尚且养活它们，难道你们还不如飞鸟贵重吗？你们谁能用忧虑使自己多活片刻呢？“何必为穿着忧虑呢？你们看看野地的百合花是如何生长的，它们既不劳苦，也不纺织。但我告诉你们，就连所罗门王最显赫时的穿戴还不如一朵百合花！你们的信心太小了！野地里的草今天还在，明天就丢在炉中化为灰烬，上帝还这样装扮它们，何况你们呢？

“如果你们看见同胞的牛或羊走迷了路，不可视而不见，要把它带回去交给主人。如果主人离你们很远，或者你们不知道主人是谁，就要把它牵回家，等主人来找时再还给主人。见到同胞遗失的驴、衣物或其他东西，都要这样处理，不可视而不见。如果在路上看见同胞的牛或驴倒在地上，不可视而不见，要帮忙把它扶起来。

耶和华使驴开口对巴兰说：“我做错了什么，你竟打我三次！”巴兰说：“因为你戏弄我。如果我手中有刀，早就把你宰了！”驴对巴兰说：“我是你从小就骑的驴，我可曾这样对你？”巴兰说：“没有。”那时，耶和华开了巴兰的眼，他才看见耶和华的天使持刀拦在路上，便俯伏在地。耶和华的天使对他说：“你为何三次打你的驴？我特意来阻挡你，因为你走的路在我眼中是邪路。你的驴看见我，一连躲避了三次，驴若没有躲开，我早已杀了你，只放过驴。”巴兰对耶和华的天使说：“我有罪了，我不知道是你拦在路上。如果你反对我去，我就回去。”耶和华的天使说：“跟这些人去吧，但你只许按我的指示说话。”于是，巴兰跟巴勒的使臣去了。

我怎能不爱惜这尼尼微大城呢？城中单是连左右手都分不清的人就有十二万多，还有许多的牲畜。”
