To those who are without the law, like one without the law— though I am not without God’s law but under the law of Christ— to win those without the law.

於無律法者我如無律法、以得無律法者、實我在天主前非無律法、乃在基督之律法下、

於法外之人、吾亦儼然以法外之人自居、所以感化法外之人也；實則就天主及基督之妙法言之、吾亦法內之人耳。

To those not having the law I became like one not having the law( though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law.

To those who don’t have the law I became like one who doesn’t have the law. I did this even though I am not free from God’s law. I am under Christ’s law. Now I can win those who don’t have the law.

To those outside the law I became as one outside the law( not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law.

When I am with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law, I too live apart from that law so I can bring them to Christ. But I do not ignore the law of God; I obey the law of Christ.

to those who are without the Law, I became as one without the Law, though not being without the law of God but under the law of Christ, so that I might gain those who are without the Law.

to those who are without law, as without law( not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law;

to them that are without law, as without law, not being without law to God, but under law to Christ, that I might gain them that are without law.

To those who are without that law, like one without the law— not being without God’s law but within Christ’s law— to win those without the law.

To those free from the law I became like one free from the law( though I am not free from God’s law but under the law of Christ) to gain those free from the law.

to those who are without law, as without law( not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law.

I only want to learn this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law or by believing what you heard?

So, when Gentiles, who do not by nature have the law, do what the law demands, they are a law to themselves even though they do not have the law.

For all who sin without the law will also perish without the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.

Circumcision does not matter and uncircumcision does not matter. Keeping God’s commands is what matters.Let each of you remain in the situation in which he was called.Were you called while a slave? Don’t let it concern you. But if you can become free, by all means take the opportunity.For he who is called by the Lord as a slave is the Lord’s freedman. Likewise he who is called as a free man is Christ’s slave.

“ Don’t think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or one stroke of a letter will pass away from the law until all things are accomplished.Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commands and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven. But whoever does and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.For I tell you, unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never get into the kingdom of heaven.

Do not owe anyone anything, except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.The commandments, Do not commit adultery; do not murder; do not steal; do not covet; and any other commandment, are summed up by this commandment: Love your neighbor as yourself.Love does no wrong to a neighbor. Love, therefore, is the fulfillment of the law.

With regard to the Gentiles who have believed, we have written a letter containing our decision that they should keep themselves from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from what is strangled, and from sexual immorality.”

As they traveled through the towns, they delivered the decisions reached by the apostles and elders at Jerusalem for the people to observe.

But not even Titus, who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek.This matter arose because some false brothers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus in order to enslave us.

Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with my mind I myself am serving the law of God, but with my flesh, the law of sin.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,gentleness, and self-control. The law is not against such things.

For he regularly ate with the Gentiles before certain men came from James. However, when they came, he withdrew and separated himself, because he feared those from the circumcision party.Then the rest of the Jews joined his hypocrisy, so that even Barnabas was led astray by their hypocrisy.But when I saw that they were deviating from the truth of the gospel, I told Cephas in front of everyone,“ If you, who are a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how can you compel Gentiles to live like Jews?”

Older men are to be self-controlled, worthy of respect, sensible, and sound in faith, love, and endurance.In the same way, older women are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not slaves to excessive drinking. They are to teach what is good,so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands and to love their children,to be self-controlled, pure, workers at home, kind, and in submission to their husbands, so that God’s word will not be slandered.In the same way, encourage the young men to be self-controlledin everything. Make yourself an example of good works with integrity and dignity in your teaching.Your message is to be sound beyond reproach, so that any opponent will be ashamed, because he doesn’t have anything bad to say about us.Slaves are to submit to their masters in everything, and to be well-pleasing, not talking backor stealing, but demonstrating utter faithfulness, so that they may adorn the teaching of God our Savior in everything.For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people,instructing us to deny godlessness and worldly lusts and to live in a sensible, righteous, and godly way in the present age,

Additionally then, brothers and sisters, we ask and encourage you in the Lord Jesus, that as you have received instruction from us on how you should live and please God— as you are doing— do this even more.For you know what commands we gave you through the Lord Jesus.

I pursue the way of your commands, for you broaden my understanding.

in order that the law’s requirement would be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

For you were called to be free, brothers and sisters; only don’t use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love.For the whole law is fulfilled in one statement: Love your neighbor as yourself.

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, because this is right.Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise,so that it may go well with you and that you may have a long life in the land.

For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.

For in my inner self I delight in God’s law,

For it was the Holy Spirit’s decision— and ours— not to place further burdens on you beyond these requirements:
