面对犹太人我就做犹太人，为了要赢得犹太人。面对守律法的人，我这不受律法束缚的人就守律法，为了要赢得守律法的人。

向犹太人，我就作犹太人，为要得犹太人；向律法以下的人，我虽不在律法以下，还是作律法以下的人，为要得律法以下的人。

对犹太人，我就作犹太人，为要赢得犹太人；对律法以下的人，我虽不在律法以下，还是作律法以下的人，为要赢得律法以下的人。

故於猶太人、吾亦儼然以猶太人自居、所以感化猶太人也。於法內之人、吾亦儼然以法內之人自居、所以感化法內之人也；實則其法無與於我耳。

To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law( though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law.

To the Jews I became like a Jew. That was to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one who was under the law. I did this even though I myself am not under the law. That was to win those under the law.

To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law( though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law.

When I was with the Jews, I lived like a Jew to bring the Jews to Christ. When I was with those who follow the Jewish law, I too lived under that law. Even though I am not subject to the law, I did this so I could bring to Christ those who are under the law.

To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win Jews; to those under the law, like one under the law— though I myself am not under the law— to win those under the law.

To the Jews I became as a Jew, so that I might gain Jews; to those who are under the Law, I became as one under the Law, though not being under the Law myself, so that I might gain those who are under the Law;

and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law;

And to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, not being myself under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;

保罗打算带提摩太去传福音。因为当地的犹太人都知道提摩太的父亲是希腊人，保罗就给提摩太行了割礼。

但你们如果顺从圣灵的引导，就不再受律法的约束。

大家听了，都同声赞美上帝，又对保罗说：“弟兄，你知道数以万计的犹太人信了主，他们都严守律法。他们听见有人说你教导住在外族人中的犹太人背弃摩西的律法，不替孩子行割礼，也不遵守犹太人的规矩。他们一定会听到你来这里的消息，这该怎么办？请你听我们的建议，这里有四位向上帝许过愿的弟兄，你和他们一起去行洁净礼，并由你替他们付费，让他们可以剃头，好叫众人知道你严守律法，循规蹈矩，关于你的传闻都是假的。至于那些外族信徒，我们已经写信吩咐他们，不可吃祭过偶像的食物，不可吃血和勒死的牲畜，不可淫乱。”于是，保罗和四位弟兄第二天行了洁净礼，然后上圣殿报告他们洁净期满的日子，好在期满后让祭司为他们每个人献祭物。

希望使我的骨肉同胞心生嫉妒，好使他们当中的一些人得救。

我们知道律法所讲的都是针对律法之下的人，好叫所有的人都无话可说，使全世界都伏在上帝的审判之下。

为要救赎一切受律法约束的人，使我们成为祂的儿女。

罪不能再主宰你们，因为你们已经不在律法之下，而是在恩典之中。那么，我们在恩典之中，不在律法之下，就可以任意犯罪吗？绝不可以！

保罗继续在哥林多逗留了相当时日，才向弟兄姊妹道别。他和百基拉、亚居拉乘船前往叙利亚。保罗因为许过愿，就在坚革哩剃了头发。

你们这些甘受律法约束的人啊！告诉我，你们没听过律法怎么说吗？

保罗照以往的习惯进入会堂，一连三个安息日引用圣经与当地人讨论，解释、证明基督必须受害，然后从死里复活，又说：“我向你们宣讲的这位耶稣就是基督。”
