凡此猶屬外事、若諸會之事、尤為予所日日挂心者。

兄弟蒙召時已領割禮乎、則勿求恢復原狀。蒙召時未領割禮乎則終身勿割。

各人亦自安其蒙召時所處之分位而已。爾蒙召時為奴乎、是亦何足為慮；然萬一有自由機會、則亦不妨利用之。

與彼同行之兄弟、乃吾所遣發、亦為一名滿諸教會之傳道者；

應知天主非紊亂之主、乃和平之主也。

蓋人有生而閹者、有被人閹者、有為天國而自閹者；惟堪受者始克受焉。』

依我心意、固願人人能如我也。惟各人所秉賦於天主者、不能盡同；甲長於此、乙長於彼、固不可相提並論也。

各按所賦才能、互相效勞、庶無負天主多方授才之美意。蓋凡百才能、皆屬天主之付託；爾當忠心耿耿，無忝所受之惠也。凡任宣講者、當講述聖道、一若為天主之舌人者；其任服務者、則當依天主所賦之才力、儘量貢獻。總之、任作何事、務求以耶穌基督之名、歸榮天主。但願天主享受光榮與德能、永世靡暨、心焉祝之。

為聖徒捐貲之事、予曩所訓示加拉太諸教會者、爾亦當遵例行之。
