Nevertheless, each person should live as a believer in whatever situation the Lord has assigned to them, just as God has called them. This is the rule I lay down in all the churches.

除了這些外在的事，還有對各教會的掛慮，天天壓在我身上。

如果一個人蒙召的時候已經受了割禮，就不應該取消割禮的記號；如果一個人蒙召的時候沒有受割禮，就不應該受割禮。

每個人在蒙了召喚的時候怎樣，他就應當保持怎樣。你蒙召的時候是做奴僕的嗎？你不要介意。但如果你真的能成為自由人，還是要把握機會。

我們也打發了一位弟兄與他一起去。這位弟兄在福音工作上受到各教會的稱讚；

因為神不是混亂的神，而是和平的神。正如在聖徒的各教會那樣，

就是說，有些獨身者是生來如此的；有些獨身者是別人使他們成為獨身的；還有些獨身者是為了天國的緣故自己成為獨身的。誰能接受，就接受吧。」

我希望所有的人也都像我一樣，但是每個人自己都有從神而來的恩賜：有人是這樣，有人是那樣。

每個人要照著自己所領受的恩賜來彼此服事，做神各種恩典的好管家。如果有人講說，要照著神的話語講說；如果有人服事，要照著神所賜的力量服事，好讓神在一切事上藉著耶穌基督得榮耀。願榮耀和權能都歸於他，直到永永遠遠！阿們。
