對潔淨的人，一切都是潔淨的；對汙穢和不信的人，沒有一樣是潔淨的，就是他們的理性和良心也都被汙穢了。

難道你們不知道，你們的身體就是基督的肢體嗎？因此，我可以拿基督的肢體當做妓女的肢體嗎？絕對不可！難道你們不知道，那與妓女結合的，就是與她成為一體了嗎？因為經上說：「兩個人就成為一體。」然而，那與主聯合的，就是與主成為一靈。

錫安哪，醒來，醒來，以你的力量為衣！聖城耶路撒冷啊，穿上你華美的衣服！因為沒有受割禮的和不潔淨的人，再也不得進到你那裡。

如果初熟的麥子是聖潔的，那麵團也就聖潔了；如果樹根是聖潔的，那樹枝也就聖潔了。

因為藉著神的話語、藉著代求，這些都被分別為聖了。
