Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, moral impurity, promiscuity,idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambitions, dissensions, factions,envy, drunkenness, carousing, and anything similar. I tell you about these things in advance— as I told you before— that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

We know that the law is not meant for a righteous person, but for the lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinful, for the unholy and irreverent, for those who kill their fathers and mothers, for murderers,for the sexually immoral and homosexuals, for kidnappers, liars, perjurers, and for whatever else is contrary to the sound teaching

If a man sleeps with a man as with a woman, they have both committed a detestable thing. They must be put to death; their blood is on their own hands.

Coarse and foolish talking or crude joking are not suitable, but rather giving thanks.For know and recognize this: Every sexually immoral or impure or greedy person, who is an idolater, does not have an inheritance in the kingdom of the Messiah and of God.

You are not to sleep with a man as with a woman; it is detestable.

no thieves, greedy people, drunkards, verbally abusive people, or swindlers will inherit God’s kingdom.

Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying.

Don’t you know that your body is a sanctuary of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own,

But the cowards, unbelievers, vile, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars— their share will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”

I did not mean the immoral people of this world or the greedy and swindlers or idolaters; otherwise you would have to leave the world.

This is why God delivered them over to degrading passions. For even their females exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.The males in the same way also left natural relations with females and were inflamed in their lust for one another. Males committed shameless acts with males and received in their own persons the appropriate penalty of their error.

Marriage must be respected by all, and the marriage bed kept undefiled, because God will judge immoral people and adulterers.

For God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against all godlessness and unrighteousness of people who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth,

“ A woman is not to wear male clothing, and a man is not to put on a woman’s garment, for everyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord your God.

Brothers, I tell you this: Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, and corruption cannot inherit incorruption.

Don’t you yourselves know that you are God’s sanctuary and that the Spirit of God lives in you?

It is widely reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and the kind of sexual immorality that is not even tolerated among the Gentiles— a man is living with his father’s wife.

Do not be deceived:“ Bad company corrupts good morals.”

Let the wicked one abandon his way and the sinful one his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, so He may have compassion on him, and to our God, for He will freely forgive.

Pursue peace with everyone, and holiness— without it no one will see the Lord.

Don’t you know that the runners in a stadium all race, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way to win the prize.

The one who sows injustice will reap disaster, and the rod of his fury will be destroyed.

And make sure that there isn’t any immoral or irreverent person like Esau, who sold his birthright in exchange for one meal.

Then the King will say to those on His right,‘ Come, you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

Don’t you know that your bodies are a part of Christ’s body? So should I take a part of Christ’s body and make it part of a prostitute? Absolutely not!Don’t you know that anyone joined to a prostitute is one body with her? For Scripture says, The two will become one flesh.

They called out to Lot and said,“ Where are the men who came to you tonight? Send them out to us so we can have sex with them!”

While they were enjoying themselves, all of a sudden, perverted men of the city surrounded the house and beat on the door. They said to the old man who was the owner of the house,“ Bring out the man who came to your house so we can have sex with him!”

“ No Israelite woman is to be a cult prostitute, and no Israelite man is to be a cult prostitute.

“ You must not be unfair in measurements of length, weight, or volume.You are to have honest balances, honest weights, an honest dry measure, and an honest liquid measure; I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.

“ You must not spread a false report. Do not join the wicked to be a malicious witness.

“ You must not have two different weights in your bag, one heavy and one light.You must not have two differing dry measures in your house, a larger and a smaller.You must have a full and honest weight, a full and honest dry measure, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you.For everyone who does such things and acts unfairly is detestable to the Lord your God.

Don’t be deceived, my dearly loved brothers.

Woe to those enacting crooked statutes and writing oppressive lawsto keep the poor from getting a fair trial and to deprive the afflicted among my people of justice, so that widows can be their spoil and they can plunder the fatherless.

Then he said to me,“ This is the curse that is going out over the whole land, for every thief will be removed according to what is written on one side, and everyone who swears falsely will be removed according to what is written on the other side.

Or don’t you know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest cases?Don’t you know that we will judge angels— not to mention ordinary matters?

“ You must not act unjustly when deciding a case. Do not be partial to the poor or give preference to the rich; judge your neighbor fairly.

And everyone who has left houses, brothers or sisters, father or mother, children, or fields because of My name will receive 100 times more and will inherit eternal life.

Dishonest scales are detestable to the Lord, but an accurate weight is His delight.

Now as he spoke about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix became afraid and replied,“ Leave for now, but when I find time I’ll call for you.”
