When you join yourself to a prostitute, you become one with her in body. Don’t you know this? Scripture says,“ The two will become one.”( Genesis 2:24)

岂不知与娼妓联合的，便是与她成为一体吗？因为主说：“二人要成为一体。”

你们岂不知道与娼妓苟合的，就是与她成为一体吗？因为主说：“二人要成为一体。”

难道你们不知道，那与妓女结合的，就是与她成为一体了吗？因为经上说：“两个人就成为一体。”

豈不知與娼妓聯合的，便是與她成為一體嗎？因為主說：「二人要成為一體。」

豈不知和妓女膠結的、便是和她成為一體麼？因為上帝說：『二人就成為一體了』。

難道你們不知道，那與妓女結合的，就是與她成為一體了嗎？因為經上說：「兩個人就成為一體。」

豈不知合於娼妓者、即與之一體乎、故曰二者成為一體、

經云、二者成為一體、是附妓者與妓一體、

豈不知附合於妓者、乃與妓為一體乎、如經載云、二者成為一體、

又豈不知與娼妓相結合者、則與娼妓成為一體；正如經之所云：『二人成為一體』乎？

Do you not know that he who unites himself with a prostitute is one with her in body? For it is said,“ The two will become one flesh.”

Or do you not know that he who is joined to a prostitute becomes one body with her? For, as it is written,“ The two will become one flesh.”

And don’t you realize that if a man joins himself to a prostitute, he becomes one body with her? For the Scriptures say,“ The two are united into one.”

Don’t you know that anyone joined to a prostitute is one body with her? For Scripture says, The two will become one flesh.

Or do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her? For He says,“ The two shall become one flesh.”

Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For“ the two,” He says,“ shall become one flesh.”

Or know ye not that he that is joined to a harlot is one body? for, The twain, saith he, shall become one flesh.

Don’t you know that anyone joined to a prostitute is one body with her? For Scripture says, The two will become one flesh.

What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.

Or do you not know that anyone who is united with a prostitute is one body with her? For it is said,“ The two will become one flesh.”

Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For,“ The two”, he says,“ will become one flesh.”

That’s why a man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife. The two of them become one.

Scripture says,“ That’s why a man will leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife. The two will become one.”( Genesis 2:24)

The two of them will become one.’( Genesis 2:24) They are no longer two, but one.

He said,‘ That’s why a man will leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife. The two will become one.’( Genesis 2:24)They are no longer two, but one. So no one should separate what God has joined together.”

“ Which of the two sons did what his father wanted?”“ The first,” they answered. Jesus said to them,“ What I’m about to tell you is true. Tax collectors and prostitutes will enter the kingdom of God ahead of you.John came to show you the right way to live. And you did not believe him. But the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. You saw this. But even then you did not turn away from your sins and believe him.

One day Samson went to Gaza. There he saw a prostitute. He went in to spend the night with her.

About three months later people brought word to Judah. They said,“ Your daughter- in- law Tamar is guilty of being a prostitute. Now she’s pregnant.” Judah said,“ Bring her out! Have her burned to death!”

Judah saw her. He thought she was a prostitute because she had covered her face with a veil.

But they replied,“ Should Shechem have treated our sister like a prostitute?”

Rahab, the prostitute, had faith. So she welcomed the spies. That’s why she wasn’t killed with those who didn’t obey God.
