You say,“ Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will destroy them both.” The body, however, is not meant for sexual immorality but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body.

你们不知道你们的身体就是那位住在你们里面的圣灵的殿吗？这圣灵是你们从神那里领受的。你们不是属于自己的，

难道不知道你们是神的殿，神的灵住在你们里面吗？

所以，不要容罪在你们必死的肉身上掌权，使你们顺从肉身的私欲，

难道不知道一切进到口里的，是进到肚腹，然后排泄到外面﹙“外面”或译：“厕所”。﹚去吗？

因为丈夫是妻子的头，好像基督是教会的头；基督又是教会全体的救主。

你们不知道你们的身体就是基督的肢体吗？这样，我们可以把基督的肢体当作娼妓的肢体吗？当然不可以！

神的旨意是要你们圣洁，远避淫行；要你们各人晓得怎样用圣洁尊贵的方法保守自己的身体（“身体”原文作“器皿”）；不要放纵邪情私欲，像那些不认识神的外族人一样；谁也不要在这事上越轨，占弟兄的便宜，因为这一类的事，主必报应。这是我们从前告诉过你们，又严严警戒过你们的。神呼召我们，不是要我们沾染污秽，而是要我们圣洁。

（这一切东西，一经使用，就都朽坏了。）这些规条是照着人的命令和教训而定的，在随着己意敬拜，故作谦卑，和苦待己身等事上，似乎是智慧之言，其实只能叫人放纵肉体，再没有任何价值。

因为神的国不在于吃喝，而在于公义、和睦，以及圣灵里的喜乐。

因为不是进到他的心，而是进到他的肚腹，再排泄到外面（“外面”或译：“厕所”）去。”（他这样说是表示各样食物都是洁净的。）

不要为那必朽坏的食物操劳，却要为那存到永生的食物操劳，就是人子所要赐给你们的，因为人子是父神所印证的。”

我们没有一个人为自己活，也没有一个人为自己死。我们若活着，是为主而活；我们若死了，是为主而死。所以，我们无论活着或是死了，总是属于主的人。为了这缘故，基督死了，又活过来，就是要作死人和活人的主。

所以弟兄们，我凭着神的仁慈劝你们，要把身体献上，作圣洁而蒙神悦纳的活祭；这是你们理所当然的事奉（“理所当然的事奉”或译：“属灵的敬拜”）。

你们的祖宗在旷野吃过吗哪，还是死了。

这样，我的弟兄们，你们藉着基督的身体，对律法来说也已经死了，使你们归属另一位，就是那从死人中复活的，为的是要我们结果子给神。

他替众人死了，为的是要使活着的人不再为自己活着，却为那替他们死而复活的主而活。

这些才会使人污秽，不洗手吃饭却不会这样。”

他们都吃了一样的灵粮，都喝了一样的灵水；他们所喝的，是从那随着他们的灵磐石那里来的，这磐石就是基督。但他们大多数的人，都得不到神的喜悦，因此他们都死在旷野。

我以神的热爱爱你们，因为我把你们献给基督，好像把贞洁的童女许配给一个丈夫。
