Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?

爾與兄弟爭訟、何忍訟於不義者前、而不訟於聖徒前乎、

爾中有相爭之事、何敢訟於不義者前、而不訟於聖徒前乎、

兄弟間如有訟案、理當請聖徒決斷；豈有逕向不義者請求裁判者乎？

If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord’s people?

Suppose one of you wants to bring a charge against another believer. Should you take it to ungodly people to be judged? Why not take it to the Lord’s people?

When one of you has a grievance against another, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints?

When one of you has a dispute with another believer, how dare you file a lawsuit and ask a secular court to decide the matter instead of taking it to other believers!

If any of you has a dispute against another, how dare you take it to court before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

Does any one of you, when he has a case against his neighbor, dare to go to law before the unrighteous and not before the saints?

Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

And when Paul was now about to open[ his] mouth, Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked lewdness, O[ ye] Jews, reason would that I should bear with you:But if it be a question of words and names, and[ of] your law, look ye[ to it]; for I will be no judge of such[ matters].

But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather[ suffer yourselves to] be defrauded?

For God is not[ the author] of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

I beseech you, brethren,( ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and[ that] they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called[ to be] saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
