你们中间，当一个与另一个有了问题，怎么敢告到不义的人面前，而不告到圣徒面前呢？

你们中间有彼此相争的事，怎敢在不义的人面前求审，不在圣徒面前求审呢？

你们中间有彼此争吵的事，怎敢告到不义的人面前，而不告到圣徒面前呢？

你们中间发生了纠纷，不找圣徒审理，竟敢告到不义的人面前吗？

你們中間有人對另一個人有爭訟的事，怎敢在不義的人面前受審判，而不在聖徒面前呢？

你們中間，當一個與另一個有了問題，怎麼敢告到不義的人面前，而不告到聖徒面前呢？

爾中或有相爭、敢訟於不義者前、而不於聖徒前乎、

爾與兄弟爭訟、何忍訟於不義者前、而不訟於聖徒前乎、

爾中有相爭之事、何敢訟於不義者前、而不訟於聖徒前乎、

兄弟間如有訟案、理當請聖徒決斷；豈有逕向不義者請求裁判者乎？

If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord’s people?

Suppose one of you wants to bring a charge against another believer. Should you take it to ungodly people to be judged? Why not take it to the Lord’s people?

When one of you has a grievance against another, does he dare go to law before the unrighteous instead of the saints?

When one of you has a dispute with another believer, how dare you file a lawsuit and ask a secular court to decide the matter instead of taking it to other believers!

If any of you has a dispute against another, how dare you take it to court before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

Does any one of you, when he has a case against his neighbor, dare to go to law before the unrighteous and not before the saints?

Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

If any of you has a legal dispute against another, do you dare go to court before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?

When any of you has a legal dispute with another, does he dare go to court before the unrighteous rather than before the saints?

Dare any of you, having a matter against his neighbor, go to law before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?

既然如此，如果迪米特斯和与他一起的工匠们要控告谁，法庭是开着的，省长也在，让他们彼此控告吧！

保罗刚要开口，伽利奥就对犹太人说：“哦，各位犹太人哪！如果这真是什么罪行或邪恶的案情，我理当容忍你们。但争议的问题，如果是关于字句、名称，和有关你们的律法，你们自己看着办吧！我不愿意做这些事的审判者。”

你们竟然弟兄控告弟兄，而且告到了不信的人面前！所以，你们彼此告状，对你们已经是一个全然的失败。你们为什么不情愿受委屈呢？为什么不情愿受亏负呢？

因为神不是混乱的神，而是和平的神。正如在圣徒的各教会那样，

“如果你的弟兄对你犯了罪，你就要去，只在你和他之间责备他。如果他听你的，你就赢得了你的弟兄；如果他不听，你就另外带一个或两个人一起去，为要使“任何事，凭两个或三个见证人的口，才能成立。”如果他不听他们的，就告诉教会；如果他连教会也不听，就应当把他看做像外邦人或税吏一样。

关于为圣徒收集的事，我从前怎样吩咐加拉太的各教会，你们也当照样做：

弟兄们，你们知道司提法纳一家人是亚该亚初熟的果子，而且他们献上了自己去服事圣徒们。我劝你们，

致那在哥林多属神的教会，就是在基督耶稣里被分别为圣、蒙召成为圣徒的人，以及所有在各地求告我们主耶稣基督之名的人。基督是他们的主，也是我们的主。
