Get rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch— as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed.

seeing that we, who are many, are one bread, one body: for we all partake of the one bread.

Put to death therefore your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry;for which things’ sake cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience:wherein ye also once walked, when ye lived in these things;but now do ye also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, railing, shameful speaking out of your mouth:lie not one to another; seeing that ye have put off the old man with his doings,

But them that are without God judgeth. Put away the wicked man from among yourselves.

saying with a great voice, Worthy is the Lamb that hath been slain to receive the power, and riches, and wisdom, and might, and honor, and glory, and blessing.

Now it was the Preparation of the passover: it was about the sixth hour. And he saith unto the Jews, Behold, your King!

For I delivered unto you first of all that which also I received: that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;and that he was buried; and that he hath been raised on the third day according to the scriptures;

And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth.And he came, and he taketh it out of the right hand of him that sat on the throne.And when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having each one a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy art thou to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and didst purchase unto God with thy blood men of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation,

Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel.
