我何必去审判教会以外的人呢？然而，教会里面的人岂不是该由你们审判吗？

审判教外的人，跟我有什么关系？教内的人不是你们审判的吗？

其实审判外面的人，到底与我有什么关系呢？你们难道不该审判里面的人吗？

因為審判教外的人與我何干？教內的人豈不是你們審判的嗎？

我何必去審判教會以外的人呢？然而，教會裡面的人豈不是該由你們審判嗎？

因為審判會外人的事、與我何干呢？豈不是你們審判會內人，

其實審判外面的人，到底與我有什麼關係呢？你們難道不該審判裡面的人嗎？

蓋會外者與我何涉而擬之、爾之所擬、非會內者乎、

會以外與我何與、顧定擬之、而會以內、乃不能定擬乎、

蓋教會外者、我何為擬定之、爾當擬定者、非教會內之人乎、

夫外界之人何與於我、我亦何所用其評騭。吾人所欲評騭者、非會中人乎？

What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?

Is it my business to judge those outside the church? Aren’t you supposed to judge those inside the church?

For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge?

It isn’t my responsibility to judge outsiders, but it certainly is your responsibility to judge those inside the church who are sinning.

For what business is it of mine to judge outsiders? Don’t you judge those who are inside?

For what business of mine is it to judge outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church?

For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside?

For what have I to do with judging them that are without? Do not ye judge them that are within?

For what business is it of mine to judge outsiders? Don’t you judge those who are inside?

For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?

For what do I have to do with judging those outside? Are you not to judge those inside?

For what do I have to do with also judging those who are outside? Don’t you judge those who are within?

He told them,“ The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables (niv)

He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap. (niv)

Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. (niv)

For my part, even though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit. As one who is present with you in this way, I have already passed judgment in the name of our Lord Jesus on the one who has been doing this.So when you are assembled and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present,hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord. If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord’s people?Or do you not know that the Lord’s people will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases?Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, do you ask for a ruling from those whose way of life is scorned in the church?I say this to shame you. Is it possible that there is nobody among you wise enough to judge a dispute between believers? (niv)

Jesus replied,“ Man, who appointed me a judge or an arbiter between you?” (niv)

so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody. (niv)

Jesus said,“ My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.” (niv)
