我們並不是宣傳自己，乃是宣傳基督耶穌為主，自己又為了耶穌的緣故做你們的僕人。

我對眾人雖然自由，卻讓自己做了眾人的僕人，為要贏得更多的人。向猶太人我就成了猶太人，為要贏得猶太人；向律法以下的人、我自己雖不在律法之下，還做律法以下的人，為要贏得律法以下的人。向律法以外的人、我對上帝雖在律法以外，對基督卻在律法以內，我還做律法以外的人，為要贏得律法以外的人。向軟弱的人、我就成了軟弱的人，為要贏得軟弱的人：向各種人、我就成了各種人，為要用各種法子拯救些人。

因為在我看，活着就是基督，死去也是贏得。

他賜給人的、有的做使徒，有的做神言傳講師，有的做傳福音者，有的做牧人做教師，為給聖徒裝備以作服役的事，以建立基督的身體，

不；在這一切事上、我們藉着那愛了我們的、倒是得勝有餘了。因為我深信，無論是死、是活，是天使、是「眾執政的」，是現在的事、是將來的事，是「一切有權能的」，是高處、是深處，或是任何別的被創造之物，都不能使我們跟上帝的愛、那在我們主基督耶穌裏的愛、隔絕。

亞波羅到底是甚麼？保羅是甚麼？無非是僕役，你們藉着他們而相信的、照主所賜給各人的罷了。我栽種了，亞波羅澆灌了，而使他長大的卻是上帝。所以栽種的算不了甚麼，澆灌的也算不了甚麼，惟獨使他長大的上帝乃是一切之一切。栽種的和澆灌的、都是一體：只是各人必照自己的勞苦、去得自己的賞報。

我說的是：你們各人說：「我是宗保羅的」，「我是宗亞波羅的」，「我是宗磯法的」，「我是宗基督的」。
