禍哉！那些自以為有智慧、自視為有悟性的人！

你要全心依靠耶和華，不要依賴自己的悟性；

人本來算不得什麼；如果自以為是什麼，就是在欺騙自己。

原來，十字架的福音對那些正在滅亡的人來說，是愚拙的；但是對我們這些正在被拯救的人來說，卻是神的大能。因為經上記著：「我將要毀滅智慧人的智慧，廢棄聰明人的聰明。」智慧人在哪裡？經文士在哪裡？這世代的雄辯家在哪裡？神難道不使這世界的智慧成了愚拙嗎？實際上，在神的智慧中，世界既然憑智慧不認識神，神就樂意藉著傳道的愚拙，拯救那些相信的人。

你們要成為這話語的實行者，不要只成為聽者而欺騙自己。

我確實地告訴你們：無論誰不像小孩子一樣接受神的國，就絕不能進去。」

難道你們不知道，不義的人不會繼承神的國嗎？不要被迷惑了！無論是淫亂的、拜偶像的、通姦的、做孌童的、同性戀的、

關於祭過偶像的食物，我們知道「我們都有知識。」知識使人自我膨脹，但是愛能造就人。如果有人自以為知道了什麼，照著應該知道的，他還是不知道。

我確實地告訴你們：無論誰不像小孩子一樣接受神的國，就絕不能進去。」

所以，誰像這小孩子自我降卑，誰在天國裡就更大。

你們不要被迷惑了！神是輕慢不得的。要知道，一個人種什麼，就收什麼。

而惡人和迷惑人的會越來越壞，他們迷惑人，自己也被迷惑。

你見過自以為有智慧的人嗎？愚昧人比他更有希望。

弟兄們，我不願意你們不明白這奧祕，免得你們自以為聰明。這奧祕就是：以色列人中的部分人變得剛硬，直到外邦人的全數滿足了，

其實，我們從前也是無知、悖逆、被迷惑的，做各種欲望和享樂的奴僕，活在惡毒和嫉妒中，是可憎惡的，又彼此相恨。

要彼此同心；不要心高氣傲，而要俯就卑微的人；不要自以為聰明。

不要自以為有智慧，要敬畏耶和華，遠離惡事；

他們追求的只是灰燼；他們的心受了迷惑，使他們偏離正道；他們不能救自己，也不會說：「我右手中的，難道不是虛謊之物嗎？」

你們不要被迷惑了！「結交惡友，敗壞善德。」

耶穌說：「你們要當心，免得被迷惑，因為許多人會以我的名而來，聲稱『我就是那一位』，又說『時候快到了。』你們不要跟從他們。

如果有人自以為是虔誠的，卻不克制自己的舌頭，反而欺騙自己的心，這個人的虔誠就是虛妄的。

孩子們哪，現在你們當聽從我，不要偏離我口中的言語！

不要讓任何人用虛空的話把你們欺騙了；正是為了這些，神的震怒就臨到那些不信從的兒女身上。

我們為基督的緣故是愚拙的，你們在基督裡倒是聰明的；我們軟弱，你們倒強壯；你們有榮耀，我們倒不受尊重。
