If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward.

If the building doesn’t burn up, God will give the builder a reward for the work.

If the work that anyone has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward.

If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward.

If anyone’s work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward.

If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward.

If any man’s work shall abide which he built thereon, he shall receive a reward.

If anyone’s work that he has built survives, he will receive a reward.

Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each will receive his own reward according to his own labor.

“ His master said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant! You were faithful over a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Share your master’s joy.’“ The man with two talents also approached. He said,‘ Master, you gave me two talents. See, I’ve earned two more talents.’“ His master said to him,‘ Well done, good and faithful servant! You were faithful over a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Share your master’s joy.’

So don’t judge anything prematurely, before the Lord comes, who will both bring to light what is hidden in darkness and reveal the intentions of the hearts. And then praise will come to each one from God.

Those who have insight will shine like the bright expanse of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.

I exhort the elders among you as a fellow elder and witness to the sufferings of Christ, as well as one who shares in the glory about to be revealed:

“ Write to the angel of the church in Smyrna: Thus says the First and the Last, the one who was dead and came to life:I know your affliction and poverty, but you are rich. I know the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.Don’t be afraid of what you are about to suffer. Look, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison to test you, and you will experience affliction for ten days. Be faithful to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.“ Let anyone who has ears to hear listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who conquers will never be harmed by the second death.

And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.

For who is our hope or joy or crown of boasting in the presence of our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not you?

“ Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time?Blessed is that servant whom the master finds doing his job when he comes.Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
