But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory,

who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began,

“ You have heard; See all this. And will you not declare it? I have made you hear new things from this time, Even hidden things, and you did not know them.They are created now and not from the beginning; And before this day you have not heard them, Lest you should say,‘ Of course I knew them.’

All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed:

searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.
