The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments,

The person who has the Spirit can judge all things. But no human being can judge those who have the Spirit. It is written,

The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.

Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others.

The spiritual person, however, can evaluate everything, and yet he himself cannot be evaluated by anyone.

You fasted and wept for the child while he was alive, but when the child died, you arose and ate food.”And he said,“ While the child was alive, I fasted and wept; for I said,‘ Who can tell whether the Lord will be gracious to me, that the child may live?’But now he is dead; why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.”

Therefore give to Your servant an understanding heart to judge Your people, that I may discern between good and evil. The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him, And He will show them His covenant.

Paul wanted to have him go on with him. And he took him and circumcised him because of the Jews who were in that region, for they all knew that his father was Greek.

And certain men came down from Judea and taught the brethren,“ Unless you are circumcised according to the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved.”Therefore, when Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and dispute with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas and certain others of them should go up to Jerusalem, to the apostles and elders, about this question.So, being sent on their way by the church, they passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, describing the conversion of the Gentiles; and they caused great joy to all the brethren.And when they had come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and the apostles and the elders; and they reported all things that God had done with them.But some of the sect of the Pharisees who believed rose up, saying,“ It is necessary to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.”

that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ,
