弟兄们，我从前到你们那里去，并没有用高言大智向你们传讲神的奥秘。

弟兄们，我以前到你们那里去的时候，并没有用高言大智对你们传讲神的奥秘，

弟兄們，從前我到你們那裏去，並沒有用高言大智對你們宣傳神的奧祕。

弟兄們，從前我到你們那裏去，並沒有用高言大智對你們宣講上帝的奧祕。

弟兄們，從前我到你們那裏去，並沒有用高言大智對你們宣講神的奧祕。

弟兄姊妹，我當初到你們那裡傳揚上帝的奧祕，並沒有用高深的言論或哲理。

所以弟兄們，我從前到你們那裏去，並沒有用超特的話語或智慧、去傳布上帝的證言給你們啊。

弟兄們，我以前到你們那裡去的時候，並沒有用高言大智對你們傳講神的奧祕，

兄弟乎、我素就爾、宣上帝之奧秘、不以高言峻智、

兄弟乎、我素就爾、傳上帝道、不用高言峻智、

兄弟乎、我昔就爾傳道、為天主作證、未用高言大智、

因此、曩者予在爾處講述天主之妙證、亦未嘗用高言奇智；

And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God.

And this was the way it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I didn’t come with fancy words or human wisdom. I preached to you the truth about God’s love.

And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom.

When I first came to you, dear brothers and sisters, I didn’t use lofty words and impressive wisdom to tell you God’s secret plan.

When I came to you, brothers and sisters, announcing the mystery of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom.

And when I came to you, brothers and sisters, I did not come as someone superior in speaking ability or wisdom, as I proclaimed to you the testimony of God.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God.

And I, brethren, when I came unto you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers, announcing the testimony of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers and sisters, I did not come with superior eloquence or wisdom as I proclaimed the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers, I didn’t come with excellence of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.

基督差遣我，不是要我去施洗，而是去傳福音；不是靠著智慧的言論去傳，免得基督的十字架失去了效力。

我說的話、講的道，都不是用智慧的話去說服人，而是用聖靈和能力來證明，

我們也講這些事，不是用人的智慧所教的言語，而是用聖靈所教的言語，向屬靈的人解釋屬靈的事（“向屬靈的人解釋屬靈的事”或譯：“用屬靈的話解釋屬靈的事”）。

就如我們為基督所作的見證在你們中間得到堅立一樣，

摩西對耶和華說：“主啊，我不是個會說話的人；以前不是，自從你對僕人說話以後也不是；因為我本是拙口笨舌的。”

約翰把神的道，和耶穌基督的見證，凡是自己所看見的，都見證出來了。

看見主對我說：‘你要快快離開耶路撒冷，因為你為我作的見證，他們是不會接受的。’

他們應當求問神的訓誨和法度；他們若不照著這些準則說話，就見不到曙光。

因為有人說：“他的信又嚴厲又強硬，他本人卻其貌不揚，言語粗俗。”

我就說：“主耶和華啊！我不曉得說話，因為我年輕。”耶和華對我說：“你不要說：‘我年輕’，因為無論我差你到誰那裡，你都要去；無論我吩咐你說甚麼，你都要說。

雖然我不善於辭令，卻是有學問的，我們在各方面，已經向你們清楚顯明了。

所以，不要以給我們的主作見證當作羞恥，也不要以我這為主被囚的當作羞恥，卻要為了福音的緣故，靠著神的大能，與我同受磨難。

因為這樣的人不服事我們的主基督，只服事自己的肚腹，用花言巧語欺騙老實人的心。

我對猶太人和希臘人都作過見證，要他們悔改歸向神，信靠我們的主耶穌。

此後，保羅離開雅典，來到哥林多，遇見一個生在本都的猶太人，名叫亞居拉。因為革老丟下令所有的猶太人都要離開羅馬，所以亞居拉最近同他的妻子百基拉從意大利來了，保羅就去找他們。他們是以做帳棚為業的，因為是同業，保羅就與他們同住，一同工作。每逢安息日，保羅在會堂辯論，勸導猶太人和希臘人歸主。

父差遣子作世人的救主，這是我們見過的，並且現在作見證。

我就俯伏在天使腳前要拜他。但他對我說：“千萬不可以這樣！我和你，以及你那些為耶穌作見證的弟兄，都是同作僕人的。你應當敬拜神！因為預言的精義，就是耶穌的見證。”

這是照著可稱頌之神所交託我的榮耀福音說的。

我約翰，就是你們的弟兄，在耶穌裡跟你們一同分享患難、國度和忍耐的，為了神的道和耶穌的見證，曾經在那名叫拔摩的海島上。
