弟兄姊妹，我當初到你們那裡傳揚上帝的奧祕，並沒有用高深的言論或哲理。

弟兄们，我从前到你们那里去，并没有用高言大智向你们传讲神的奥秘。

弟兄们，我以前到你们那里去的时候，并没有用高言大智对你们传讲神的奥秘，

弟兄們，從前我到你們那裏去，並沒有用高言大智對你們宣傳神的奧祕。

弟兄們，從前我到你們那裏去，並沒有用高言大智對你們宣講上帝的奧祕。

弟兄們，從前我到你們那裏去，並沒有用高言大智對你們宣講神的奧祕。

弟兄們，我從前到你們那裡去，並沒有用高言大智向你們傳講神的奧祕。

所以弟兄們，我從前到你們那裏去，並沒有用超特的話語或智慧、去傳布上帝的證言給你們啊。

弟兄們，我以前到你們那裡去的時候，並沒有用高言大智對你們傳講神的奧祕，

兄弟乎、我素就爾、宣上帝之奧秘、不以高言峻智、

兄弟乎、我素就爾、傳上帝道、不用高言峻智、

兄弟乎、我昔就爾傳道、為天主作證、未用高言大智、

因此、曩者予在爾處講述天主之妙證、亦未嘗用高言奇智；

And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God.

And this was the way it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I didn’t come with fancy words or human wisdom. I preached to you the truth about God’s love.

And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom.

When I first came to you, dear brothers and sisters, I didn’t use lofty words and impressive wisdom to tell you God’s secret plan.

When I came to you, brothers and sisters, announcing the mystery of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom.

And when I came to you, brothers and sisters, I did not come as someone superior in speaking ability or wisdom, as I proclaimed to you the testimony of God.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God.

And I, brethren, when I came unto you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers, announcing the testimony of God to you, I did not come with brilliance of speech or wisdom.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers and sisters, I did not come with superior eloquence or wisdom as I proclaimed the testimony of God.

When I came to you, brothers, I didn’t come with excellence of speech or of wisdom, proclaiming to you the testimony of God.

基督不是差遣我去為人施洗，而是去傳揚福音，而且不用高言大智，免得基督十字架的能力被抹摋。

我說話、講道不是靠充滿智慧的雄辯之詞，而是靠聖靈的能力作明證，

我們講述這些事，不是用人類智慧所教的話，而是用聖靈所教的話，用屬靈的話解釋屬靈的事。

這樣，我為基督所做的見證就在你們身上得到了證實。

摩西對耶和華說：「主啊！我向來不善言辭，即使你對僕人說話以後，我還是不善言辭，因為我是個拙口笨舌的人。」

約翰便為自己所看見的一切——上帝的道和耶穌基督做見證。

看見主對我說，『趕快離開耶路撒冷，因為這裡的人不會接受你為我做的見證。』

人應該遵循耶和華的訓誨和法度。人若不遵循祂的話，必看不到曙光。

因為有人說：「他信中的話有分量，很嚴厲，他本人卻軟弱無能，言語粗俗。」

我回答說：「主耶和華啊，我太年輕，不懂得怎樣說話。」耶和華卻說：「不要說你太年輕，我派你去誰那裡，你就去誰那裡；我吩咐你說什麼，你就說什麼。

我雖然不善辭令，但我認識真理。這一點，我在各樣的事上已經向你們證明了。

所以，你不要羞於為我們的主做見證，也不要以我這為主被囚的人為恥，要靠著上帝的能力和我一同為福音受苦。

他們並不是在事奉我們的主基督，只是為了滿足自己的慾望，用花言巧語欺騙單純善良的人。

我勸猶太人和希臘人都要悔改，歸向上帝，信靠主耶穌基督。

這事之後，保羅離開雅典前往哥林多，在那裡認識了一位在本都出生的猶太人亞居拉。由於克勞狄命令所有的猶太人離開羅馬，他最近和妻子百基拉從義大利來到哥林多。保羅拜訪了他們。他們夫婦跟保羅是同行，都以製造帳篷為業，保羅就留下來和他們同住，一起做工。保羅每個安息日都到會堂與猶太人和希臘人辯論，勸導他們信主。

主降臨的那日，祂要在祂的眾聖徒中得到榮耀，使所有的信徒驚歎不已。你們也會在當中，因為你們相信了我們做的見證。

我們看見過，現在做見證：天父差遣了祂的兒子成為世人的救主。

我俯伏在他腳前要拜他，他卻說：「千萬不可！我和你並那些為耶穌做見證的弟兄姊妹同是上帝的奴僕。你要敬拜上帝，因為預言的真諦就是為耶穌做見證。」

這正道來自當受稱頌的上帝託付我傳揚的榮耀福音。

我約翰是你們的弟兄，在耶穌裡和你們患難與共、同享國度、一起忍耐。我因傳揚上帝的道、為主耶穌做見證而到了拔摩海島上。
