弟兄們，你們知道司提反阿一家是亞該亞的初結果子，又是怎樣派定自己作服事聖徒之工的；

弟兄們，你們知道司提法納一家人是亞該亞初熟的果子，而且他們獻上了自己去服事聖徒們。我勸你們，

兄弟乎、爾知司提反家乃亞該亞初實之果、且專事聖徒者、

爾知士提反家、在亞該亞、首宗主、專事聖徒、

兄弟乎、爾知司提反家、乃在亞該亞首先信主者、且專心事聖徒、

斯德法一家、乃亞該亞之首先奉教者、專心為聖教服務、此兄弟之所知也。

You know that the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the service of the Lord’s people. I urge you, brothers and sisters,

You know that the first believers in Achaia were from the family of Stephanas. They have spent all their time serving the Lord’s people. Brothers and sisters, I am asking you

Now I urge you, brothers— you know that the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints—

You know that Stephanas and his household were the first of the harvest of believers in Greece, and they are spending their lives in service to God’s people. I urge you, dear brothers and sisters,

Brothers and sisters, you know the household of Stephanas: They are the firstfruits of Achaia and have devoted themselves to serving the saints. I urge you

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters: you know the household of Stephanas, that they are the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to ministry to the saints;

Now, brothers and sisters, you know about the household of Stephanus, that as the first converts of Achaia, they devoted themselves to ministry for the saints. I urge you

Now I beg you, brothers— you know the house of Stephanas, that it is the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have set themselves to serve the saints—

又向在他們家中的教會問安。向我所親愛的以拜尼土問安，他是亞細亞歸於基督的初結果子。

我曾為司提法那家施過洗；此外我已記不清有沒有給別人施過洗。

人人要照自己所得的恩賜彼此服事，作神各種恩賜的好管家。

聖徒有缺乏，要供給；異鄉客，要殷勤款待。

但如今我要到耶路撒冷去，供應聖徒的需要。

再三懇求我們，准他們在這供給聖徒的善事上有份；

關於供給聖徒的事，我本來不必寫信給你們；

請你們在主裏用合乎聖徒的方式來接待她。她在任何事上需要你們幫助，你們就幫助她；因她素來幫助許多人，也幫助了我。

在約帕有一個女門徒，名叫大比大，翻出來的意思是多加；她廣行善事，多施賙濟。當時，她患病死了，有人把她清洗後，停在樓上。呂大原與約帕相近；門徒聽見彼得在那裏，就派兩個人去見他，央求他說：「請快到我們那裏去，不要躭延。」彼得就起身和他們同去。他到了，就有人領他上樓。眾寡婦都站在彼得旁邊哭，拿多加與她們同在時所做的內衣外衣給他看。彼得叫她們都出去，然後跪下禱告，轉身對着屍體說：「大比大，起來！」她就睜開眼睛，看見彼得，就坐了起來。彼得伸手扶她起來，叫那些聖徒和寡婦都進來，把多加活活地交給他們。

這些人未曾沾染婦女，他們原是童身。羔羊無論往哪裏去，他們都跟隨他。他們是從人間買來的，作為初熟的果子歸給神和羔羊。

因為辦這供給的事，不但補聖徒的缺乏，而且使許多人對神充滿更多的感謝。他們從這供給的事上得了憑據，知道你們宣認基督，順服他的福音，慷慨捐助給他們和眾人，把榮耀歸給神。他們也因神極大的恩賜顯在你們身上而切切想念你們，為你們祈禱。感謝神，因他有說不盡的恩賜！

到迦流作亞該亞省長的時候，猶太人齊心起來攻擊保羅，拉他到法庭，

又有行善的名聲，就如養育兒女，收留外人，洗聖徒的腳，救濟遭難的人，竭力行各樣善事。

因為神並非不公義，竟忘記你們的工作和你們為他的名所顯的愛心，就是你們過去和現在伺候聖徒的愛心。

司提法那、福徒拿都和亞該古到這裏來，我很高興，因為他們補上了你們不在我身邊的遺憾。

使我脫離在猶太不順從的人，也讓我在耶路撒冷的事奉可蒙聖徒悅納，

弟兄啊，由於你的愛心，我得到極大的快樂和安慰，因為眾聖徒的心從你得到舒暢。
