弟兄們，你們知道司提法納一家人是亞該亞初熟的果子，而且他們獻上了自己去服事聖徒們。我勸你們，

兄弟乎、爾知司提反家乃亞該亞初實之果、且專事聖徒者、

爾知士提反家、在亞該亞、首宗主、專事聖徒、

兄弟乎、爾知司提反家、乃在亞該亞首先信主者、且專心事聖徒、

斯德法一家、乃亞該亞之首先奉教者、專心為聖教服務、此兄弟之所知也。

You know that the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the service of the Lord’s people. I urge you, brothers and sisters,

You know that the first believers in Achaia were from the family of Stephanas. They have spent all their time serving the Lord’s people. Brothers and sisters, I am asking you

Now I urge you, brothers— you know that the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints—

You know that Stephanas and his household were the first of the harvest of believers in Greece, and they are spending their lives in service to God’s people. I urge you, dear brothers and sisters,

Brothers and sisters, you know the household of Stephanas: They are the firstfruits of Achaia and have devoted themselves to serving the saints. I urge you

Now I urge you, brothers and sisters: you know the household of Stephanas, that they are the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to ministry to the saints;

又向在他们家中的教会问安。向我所亲爱的以拜尼土问安，他是亚细亚归于基督的初结果子。

我曾为司提法那家施过洗；此外我已记不清有没有给别人施过洗。

人人要照自己所得的恩赐彼此服事，作神各种恩赐的好管家。

圣徒有缺乏，要供给；异乡客，要殷勤款待。

但如今我要到耶路撒冷去，供应圣徒的需要。

再三恳求我们，准他们在这供给圣徒的善事上有份；

关于供给圣徒的事，我本来不必写信给你们；

请你们在主里用合乎圣徒的方式来接待她。她在任何事上需要你们帮助，你们就帮助她；因她素来帮助许多人，也帮助了我。

在约帕有一个女门徒，名叫大比大，翻出来的意思是多加；她广行善事，多施周济。当时，她患病死了，有人把她清洗后，停在楼上。吕大原与约帕相近；门徒听见彼得在那里，就派两个人去见他，央求他说：“请快到我们那里去，不要耽延。”彼得就起身和他们同去。他到了，就有人领他上楼。众寡妇都站在彼得旁边哭，拿多加与她们同在时所做的内衣外衣给他看。彼得叫她们都出去，然后跪下祷告，转身对着尸体说：“大比大，起来！”她就睁开眼睛，看见彼得，就坐了起来。彼得伸手扶她起来，叫那些圣徒和寡妇都进来，把多加活活地交给他们。

这些人未曾沾染妇女，他们原是童身。羔羊无论往哪里去，他们都跟随他。他们是从人间买来的，作为初熟的果子归给神和羔羊。

因为办这供给的事，不但补圣徒的缺乏，而且使许多人对神充满更多的感谢。他们从这供给的事上得了凭据，知道你们宣认基督，顺服他的福音，慷慨捐助给他们和众人，把荣耀归给神。他们也因神极大的恩赐显在你们身上而切切想念你们，为你们祈祷。感谢神，因他有说不尽的恩赐！

到迦流作亚该亚省长的时候，犹太人齐心起来攻击保罗，拉他到法庭，

又有行善的名声，就如养育儿女，收留外人，洗圣徒的脚，救济遭难的人，竭力行各样善事。

因为神并非不公义，竟忘记你们的工作和你们为他的名所显的爱心，就是你们过去和现在伺候圣徒的爱心。

司提法那、福徒拿都和亚该古到这里来，我很高兴，因为他们补上了你们不在我身边的遗憾。

使我脱离在犹太不顺从的人，也让我在耶路撒冷的事奉可蒙圣徒悦纳，

弟兄啊，由于你的爱心，我得到极大的快乐和安慰，因为众圣徒的心从你得到舒畅。
