Now about our brother Apollos: I strongly urged him to go to you with the brothers. He was quite unwilling to go now, but he will go when he has the opportunity.

I want to say something about our brother Apollos. I tried my best to get him to go to you with the others. But he didn’t want to go right now. He will go when he can.

我的意思就是，你们各人说，我是保罗派的，我是亚波罗派的，我是矶法派的，我是基督派的。

亚波罗算什么？保罗算什么？我们不过是神的仆人，你们藉着我们信了主；按着主所赐给各人的，

有一个生在亚历山太的犹太人，名叫亚波罗，来到了以弗所。他很有口才，擅长讲解圣经。这人在主的道上受过训练，心灵火热，很准确地讲论，并且教导人关于耶稣的事，但他只晓得约翰的洗礼。这人在会堂里放胆讲论起来；百基拉和亚居拉听了，就把他接来，把神的道更准确地向他讲解。亚波罗有意要到亚该亚去，弟兄们就鼓励他，又写信请门徒接待他。他到了那里，对那些蒙恩信主的人帮助很多，因为他当众有力地驳倒犹太人，引用圣经证明耶稣是基督。亚波罗在哥林多的时候，保罗经过内地一带，来到以弗所。他遇见几个门徒，

无论是保罗，是亚波罗，是矶法，是世界，是生，是死，是现在的事，是将来的事，都是你们的。

万事都有定期，天下万务都有定时：

保罗讲到公义、自制和将来的审判的时候，腓力斯就害怕起来，说：“你先走吧，等我有空的时候再叫你来。”

然而，到了神我们的救主显明他的恩慈和怜爱的时候，

有一天，机会来了。在希律生日的那一天，他为大臣、千夫长和加利利的要人摆设了筵席。
