屬塵土的那個人怎樣，那些屬塵土的也就怎樣；屬天的那一位怎樣，那些屬天的也就怎樣。

那属土的怎样，凡属土的也就怎样；属天的怎样，凡属天的也就怎样。

那属尘土的怎样，凡属尘土的也都怎样；属天的怎样，凡属天的也都怎样。

那属尘土的怎样，凡属尘土的也都怎样；属天的怎样，凡属天的也都怎样。

尘土所造的那位是什么样，属地的人也是什么样；从天而来的那位是什么样，属天的人也是什么样。

那属土的怎样，所有属土的也都怎样；属天的怎样，所有属天的也都怎样。

属尘土的那个人怎样，那些属尘土的也就怎样；属天的那一位怎样，那些属天的也就怎样。

屬土者如何、凡屬土者亦如何、屬天者如何、凡屬天者亦如何、

一屬地如此、則眾屬地亦如此、一屬天若是、則眾屬天亦若是、

彼屬地者如何、凡屬地者亦如何、彼屬天者如何、凡屬天者亦如何、

一人屬地、則眾人屬地；一人屬天、則眾人屬天；

As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the heavenly man, so also are those who are of heaven.

Those who belong to the earth are like the one who came from the earth. And those who are spiritual are like the heavenly man.

As was the man of dust, so also are those who are of the dust, and as is the man of heaven, so also are those who are of heaven.

Earthly people are like the earthly man, and heavenly people are like the heavenly man.

Like the man of dust, so are those who are of the dust; like the man of heaven, so are those who are of heaven.

As is the earthy one, so also are those who are earthy; and as is the heavenly one, so also are those who are heavenly.

As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly.

Like the man made of dust, so are those who are made of dust; like the heavenly man, so are those who are heavenly.

亞當活到一百三十歲時，生了一個兒子，樣式和形像與自己相似；給他起名為塞特。

所以，正如罪是藉著一個人進入了世界，並且死是藉著罪進入的；這樣，因為人人都犯了罪，死也就臨到了所有的人。就是說，沒有律法以前，罪已經在世上了；不過沒有律法，罪就不算為罪。然而，從亞當到摩西，死亡掌了權，甚至那些沒有按亞當過犯的樣式犯罪的人，也在死的權下。這亞當是以後要來的那一位的象徵。但是恩賜不同於過犯。原來，一個人的過犯尚且使眾人都死了，何況神的恩典和耶穌基督一個人恩典裡的賞賜，難道不更要豐豐富富地臨到眾人嗎？而且，恩賜不同於由一個人犯罪而來的後果。因為，由一次過犯而來的審判雖然導致了定罪，但由很多過犯而來的恩賜卻導致了稱義。實際上，一個人的過犯尚且使死亡藉著這一個人掌了權，何況那些領受豐富之恩典和稱義之賞賜的人，難道不更要藉著耶穌基督一個人，在生命裡掌權嗎？由此可見，藉著一次的過犯導致了所有人的定罪；照樣，藉著一次的義行給所有的人帶來永生的稱義。就是說，藉著一個人的悖逆，眾人怎樣都成了罪人；藉著一個人的順從，眾人將怎樣成為義人。律法出現，為要使過犯增多；可是，罪在哪裡增多，恩典就在哪裡格外增多。這樣，就像罪藉著死亡掌權，恩典也照樣藉著義掌權，使人藉著我們的主耶穌基督進入永恆的生命。

由肉體所生的，就是肉體；由聖靈所生的，就是靈。

然而，我們的國籍在天上；我們也熱切等待著救主——主耶穌基督從那裡降臨。他將照著那能使萬有都服從他的力量，改變我們這卑賤的身體，要與他那榮耀的身體相似。

因為死亡既然是由一個人而來，死人的復活也是由一個人而來。原來，就像在亞當裡所有的人都死了，照樣，在基督裡所有的人也都將得以復活，
