So it is written:“ The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam, a life-giving spirit.

The Scriptures tell us,“ The first man, Adam, became a living person.” But the last Adam— that is, Christ— is a life giving Spirit.

For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—( For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.

For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”

Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life—the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us—that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.

This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

And the Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” And let him who hears say,“ Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

But Simon Peter answered Him,“ Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord from heaven.As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly.And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.

but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)

as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.

“ A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also.

And He said to me,“ It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.

And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.

so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Jesus answered and said to her,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you,‘ Give Me a drink,’ you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water.”

Jesus said to her,“ I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.

Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died.

Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live.For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself,and has given Him authority to execute judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voiceand come forth— those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.
