我們也會被人認為是替神作假見證的了，因為我們為神作過見證說，他使基督復活了。如果死人沒有復活，神也就沒有使基督復活了。

并且明显我们是为神妄作见证的，因我们见证神是叫基督复活了。若死人真不复活，神也就没有叫基督复活了。

这样，我们甚至被当作是为上帝妄作见证的，因为我们见证上帝是使基督复活了。如果死人真的没有复活，上帝就没有使基督复活了。

這樣，我們就被看做是神的假見證人，因為我們見證了有關神的事，說神使基督復活了，如果死人真不會復活，神就沒有使基督復活；

死者不起、則上帝未嘗起基督、而我證其起之、適為妄證於上帝、

死者不甦、則上帝未甦基督、而吾證上帝甦之、則為妄證、

若死者不復活、則天主未使基督復活、而我儕證天主曾使之復活、是我儕為天主妄證矣、

不寧惟是、吾人將為天主之偽證矣。蓋死者苟無復活、則天主實未復活基督、而吾人強為之證曰、天主已復活之矣、是非偽證而何。

More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised.

We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified about God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised.

And we apostles would all be lying about God— for we have said that God raised Christ from the grave. But that can’t be true if there is no resurrection of the dead.

Moreover, we are found to be false witnesses about God, because we have testified wrongly about God that he raised up Christ— whom he did not raise up, if in fact the dead are not raised.

神卻把死的痛苦解除，使他復活了，因為他不能被死亡拘禁。

倘若沒有死人復活的事，基督也就沒有復活了。

你們要為神說不義的言語嗎？你們要為他說詭詐的話嗎？你們要徇神的情面嗎？要為神爭辯嗎？他把你們查出來，這是好嗎？人怎樣哄騙人，你們也怎樣哄騙神嗎？你們若暗中徇情面，他必然責備你們。

我對猶太人和希臘人都作過見證，要他們悔改歸向神，信靠我們的主耶穌。

這位耶穌，神已經使他復活了，我們都是這事的見證人。

也不可在訴訟的事上偏護窮人。

我們就是他在猶太人之地和耶路撒冷所行一切事的見證人；他們竟然把他掛在木頭上，殺了他。神叫他第三天復活，並且使他顯現，不是顯現給所有的人看，而是給神預先揀選的見證人看，就是我們這些在他從死人中復活之後，與他一同吃喝的人。他吩咐我們向人民傳講，鄭重證明他是神所立，審判活人死人的主。

那麼，你們各位和以色列全民都應當知道，站在你們面前這人好了，是因拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名。這位耶穌基督，你們把他釘死在十字架上，神卻使他從死人中復活。

但神卻使他從死人中復活了。有許多日子，他向那些跟他一同從加利利上耶路撒冷的人顯現，現在這些人在民眾面前作了他的見證人，我們報好信息給你們：神給列祖的應許，藉著耶穌的復活，向我們這些作子孫的應驗了。就如詩篇第二篇所記的：‘你是我的兒子，我今日生了你。’

使徒大有能力，為主耶穌的復活作見證，眾人都蒙了大恩。

但是神的誠實，如果因我的虛謊而更加顯出他的榮耀來，為甚麼我還要像罪人一樣受審判呢？為甚麼不說：“我們去作惡以成善吧！”（有人毀謗我們，說我們講過這話。）這種人被定罪是理所當然的。

現在基督已經從死人中復活，成為睡了的人初熟的果子。
