To some people the Spirit gives a message of wisdom. To others the same Spirit gives a message of knowledge.

有人藉着靈、稟受智慧的話；另有人依這同一的靈稟受知識的話；

有人藉著聖靈被賜予了智慧的話語，又有人藉著同一位聖靈被賜予了知識的話語，

或由聖神賦以睿智之言、或由聖神賦以知識之言、

有人由神得傳智慧、有人由神得傳知識、

有人由此神得言有智慧之言、有人由此神得言有知識之言、

或感聖神而受妙諦、或感同一聖神而受智辯、

To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,

For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,

To one person the Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice; to another the same Spirit gives a message of special knowledge.

to one is given a message of wisdom through the Spirit, to another, a message of knowledge by the same Spirit,

For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit;

for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit,

For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit:

to one is given a message of wisdom through the Spirit, to another, a message of knowledge by the same Spirit,

For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

For one person is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, and another the message of knowledge according to the same Spirit,

You do well in everything else. You do well in faith and in speaking. You do well in knowledge and in complete commitment. And you do well in the love we have helped to start in you. So make sure that you also do well in the grace of giving to others.

The Lord gives wisdom. Knowledge and understanding come from his mouth.

The words we speak to those who have grown in the faith are wise. Our words are different from the wisdom of this world. Our words are different from those of the rulers of this world. These rulers are becoming less and less powerful.No, we announce God’s wisdom. His wisdom is a mystery that has been hidden. But before time began, God planned that his wisdom would bring us heavenly glory.None of the rulers of this world understood God’s wisdom. If they had, they would not have nailed the Lord of glory to the cross.It is written that“ no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human mind has known.”( Isaiah 64:4) God has prepared these things for those who love him.God has shown these things to us through his Spirit. The Spirit understands all things. He understands even the deep things of God.

You have been blessed in every way because of him. You have been blessed in all your speech and knowledge.

I pray to the God of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is the glorious Father. I keep asking him to give you the wisdom and understanding that come from the Holy Spirit. I want you to know God better.I pray that you may understand more clearly. Then you will know the hope God has chosen you to receive. You will know that what God will give his holy people is rich and glorious.

The Lord appeared to Solomon at Gibeon. He spoke to him in a dream during the night. God said,“ Ask for anything you want me to give you.”Solomon answered,“ You have been very kind to my father David, your servant. That’s because he was faithful to you. He did what was right. His heart was honest. And you have continued to be very kind to him. You have given him a son to sit on his throne this day.“ Lord my God, you have now made me king. You have put me in the place of my father David. But I’m only a little child. I don’t know how to carry out my duties.I’m here among the people you have chosen. They are a great nation. They are more than anyone can count.So give me a heart that understands. Then I can rule over your people. I can tell the difference between what is right and what is wrong. Who can possibly rule over this great nation of yours?”The Lord was pleased that Solomon had asked for that.So God said to him,“ You have not asked to live for a long time. You have not asked to be wealthy. You have not even asked to have your enemies killed. Instead, you have asked for wisdom. You want to do what is right and fair when you judge people. Because that is what you have asked for,I will give it to you. I will give you a wise and understanding heart. So here is what will be true of you. There has never been anyone like you. And there never will be.

Because of what God has done, you belong to Christ Jesus. He has become God’s wisdom for us. He makes us right with God. He makes us holy and sets us free.

Love never fails. But prophecy will pass away. Speaking in languages that had not been known before will end. And knowledge will pass away.

“ Here is the covenant I will make with them,” says the Lord.“ My Spirit is on you and will not leave you. I have put my words in your mouth. They will never leave your mouth. And they will never leave the mouths of your children or their children after them. That will be true for all time to come,” says the Lord.

Brothers and sisters, choose seven of your men. They must be known as men who are wise and full of the Holy Spirit. We will turn this important work over to them.

He replied,“ Because you have been given the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven. It has not been given to outsiders.

But the spirit in people gives them understanding. The breath of the Mighty One gives them wisdom.

The Lord and King has taught me what to say. He has taught me how to help those who are tired. He wakes me up every morning. He makes me want to listen like a good student.

Teach me to do what you want, because you are my God. May your good Spirit lead me on a level path.

He changes times and seasons. He removes some kings from power. He causes other kings to rule. The wisdom of those who are wise comes from him. He gives knowledge to those who have understanding.

I have filled him with the Spirit of God. I have filled Bezalel with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skill.

You gave them your good Spirit to teach them. You didn’t hold back your manna from their mouths. And you gave them water when they were thirsty.

So Pharaoh said to them,“ The spirit of God is in this man. We can’t find anyone else like him, can we?”Then Pharaoh said to Joseph,“ God has made all this known to you. No one is as wise and understanding as you are.

The Spirit of the Lord will rest on that Branch. The Spirit will help him to be wise and understanding. The Spirit will help him make wise plans and carry them out. The Spirit will help him know the Lord and have respect for him.The Branch will take delight in respecting the Lord. He will not judge things only by the way they look. He won’t make decisions based simply on what people say.

Suppose I have the gift of prophecy. Suppose I can understand all the secret things of God and know everything about him. And suppose I have enough faith to move mountains. If I don’t have love, I am nothing at all.
