上帝在教會中設立的第一是使徒，第二是先知，第三是教師，其次是行神蹟的，然後是有醫病恩賜的，幫助別人的，管理事務的，說各種方言的。

這人從聖靈領受智言，那人從聖靈領受知識；聖靈賜這人信心，賜那人醫病的恩賜；聖靈使這人能行神蹟，使那人能作先知講道；使這人能辨別諸靈，使那人能說方言，又使另一人能翻譯方言。這一切都是同一位聖靈所賜的，是祂按自己的旨意分別賜給各人的。

同時，上帝按自己的旨意，用神蹟、奇事、各樣的異能、聖靈的恩賜和他們一同做見證。

就像我們身體的各部分有不同的功能，我們眾人在基督裡組成一個身體，彼此聯結，息息相關。我們照所得的恩典各有不同的恩賜。說預言的，要按著信心的程度說預言；

按著自己所得的恩賜彼此服侍，作上帝各樣恩典的好管家。

正如你們蒙召後有同一個盼望，你們同屬一個身體，有同一位聖靈、同一位主、同一個信仰、同一種洗禮、同一位上帝，就是萬物之父。祂超越萬物，貫穿萬物，且在萬物之中。

祂賜恩讓一些人作使徒，一些人作先知，一些人作傳福音的，一些人作牧師和教師，
