所以，无论何人，不按理吃主的饼，喝主的杯，就是干犯主的身、主的血了。

凡食主餅、飲主杯、而不合宜者、即干主身與血也、

凡食此餅、飲此杯、不合其宜者、是負主身主血者也、

故凡不合宜而食此餅飲主之杯者、即干主之體主之血矣、

故凡輕率冒昧、妄食聖餅、妄領聖爵者、則褻瀆聖體與聖血矣。

So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord.

我是从天上降下来生命的粮；人若吃这粮，就必永远活着。我所要赐的粮就是我的肉，为世人之生命所赐的。”

你们不能喝主的杯又喝鬼的杯，不能吃主的筵席又吃鬼的筵席。

“你晓谕以色列人说：你们和你们后代中，若有人因死尸而不洁净，或在远方行路，还要向耶和华守逾越节。

王进来观看宾客，见那里有一个没有穿礼服的，

何况人践踏神的儿子，将那使他成圣之约的血当作平常，又亵慢施恩的圣灵，你们想，他要受的刑罚该怎样加重呢！

那洁净而不行路的人若推辞不守逾越节，那人要从民中剪除；因为他在所定的日期不献耶和华的供物，应该担当他的罪。

叫人活着的乃是灵，肉体是无益的。我对你们所说的话就是灵，就是生命。只是你们中间有不信的人。”耶稣从起头就知道谁不信他，谁要卖他。

我这话不是指着你们众人说的，我知道我所拣选的是谁。现在要应验经上的话，说：‘同我吃饭的人用脚踢我。’如今事情还没有成就，我要先告诉你们，叫你们到事情成就的时候可以信我是基督。我实实在在地告诉你们，有人接待我所差遣的，就是接待我；接待我，就是接待那差遣我的。”耶稣说了这话，心里忧愁，就明说：“我实实在在地告诉你们，你们中间有一个人要卖我了。”门徒彼此对看，猜不透所说的是谁。有一个门徒，是耶稣所爱的，侧身挨近耶稣的怀里。西门彼得点头对他说：“你告诉我们，主是指着谁说的。”那门徒便就势靠着耶稣的胸膛，问他说：“主啊，是谁呢？”耶稣回答说：“我蘸一点饼给谁，就是谁。”耶稣就蘸了一点饼，递给加略人西门的儿子犹大。他吃了以后，撒但就入了他的心。耶稣便对他说：“你所做的，快做吧！”

亚伦的儿子拿答、亚比户各拿自己的香炉，盛上火，加上香，在耶和华面前献上凡火，是耶和华没有吩咐他们的，就有火从耶和华面前出来，把他们烧灭，他们就死在耶和华面前。于是摩西对亚伦说：“这就是耶和华所说：‘我在亲近我的人中要显为圣；在众民面前，我要得荣耀。’”亚伦就默默不言。

以法莲、玛拿西、以萨迦、西布伦有许多人尚未自洁，他们却也吃逾越节的羊羔，不合所记录的定例。希西家为他们祷告说：“凡专心寻求神，就是耶和华他列祖之神的，虽不照着圣所洁净之礼自洁，求至善的耶和华也饶恕他。”
