我称赞你们，因为你们在一切事上都记念我，又持守我传交给你们的教训。

爾等事事以予為懷、且能遵守予之教訓、誠可嘉也；

I praise you for remembering me in everything and for holding to the traditions just as I passed them on to you.

I praise you for being faithful in remembering me. I also praise you for staying true to the teachings of the past. You have stayed true to them, just as I gave them to you.

Now I commend you because you remember me in everything and maintain the traditions even as I delivered them to you.

I am so glad that you always keep me in your thoughts, and that you are following the teachings I passed on to you.

所以弟兄们，你们要站立得稳；你们所领受的教训，无论是我们口传的，或是信上写的，都要持守。

因此，我打发提摩太到你们那里去。他是我在主里亲爱又忠心的儿子，他要提醒你们我在基督里是怎样行事为人，正如我在各处教会中所教导的一样。

我现在要吩咐你们，不是要称赞你们，因为你们聚集在一起，并没有得到益处，反而有害处。

难道你们没有家可以吃喝吗？还是你们藐视神的教会，使那些没有的羞愧呢？我向你们可以说什么呢？称赞你们吗？在这事上我不能称赞。

你们若持守我所传给你们的道，就必靠这福音得救，不然就是徒然相信了。

弟兄们，我们奉主耶稣基督的名吩咐你们，凡是游手好闲的弟兄，不按着你们从我们所领受的教训去行，就应当远离他。

此外，弟兄们，我们在主耶稣里求你们，劝你们，你们既然接受了我们的教训，知道应该怎样行事为人，并且怎样讨神喜悦，就要照你们现在所行的更进一步。我们凭着主耶稣传给你们的是什么命令，你们是知道的。

他们在神面前都是义人，遵行主的一切诫命规条，无可指摘，

她的儿女都起来称她是有福的，她的丈夫也称赞她，说：“有才德的女子很多，但你比她们更超卓。”艷丽是虚假的，美容是虚浮的；唯有敬畏耶和华的妇女，必得称赞。愿她享受自己手所作的成果；愿她的工作在城门口使她受称赞。

不过，主怎样分给各人，神怎样呼召各人，各人就要照着去行事为人。我也这样吩咐各教会。

提摩太刚刚从你们那里回来，把你们信心和爱心的好消息带给我们。他还说，你们常常怀念我们，切切想见我们，好像我们想见你们一样。
