或是君王所派罰惡賞善的臣宰。

你們要吃喝，難道沒有家嗎？還是藐視神的教會，叫那沒有的羞愧呢？我向你們可怎麼說呢？可因此稱讚你們嗎？我不稱讚！

所以，全教會聚在一處的時候，若都說方言，偶然有不通方言的，或是不信的人進來，豈不說你們癲狂了嗎？

「不可心裏恨你的弟兄；總要指摘你的鄰舍，免得因他擔罪。

你們不可停止聚會，好像那些停止慣了的人，倒要彼此勸勉，既知道那日子臨近，就更當如此。

你們偷盜，殺害，姦淫，起假誓，向巴力燒香，並隨從素不認識的別神，且來到這稱為我名下的殿，在我面前敬拜；又說：『我們可以自由了。』你們這樣的舉動是要行那些可憎的事嗎？

你要大聲喊叫，不可止息；揚起聲來，好像吹角。向我百姓說明他們的過犯；向雅各家說明他們的罪惡。他們天天尋求我，樂意明白我的道，好像行義的國民，不離棄他們神的典章，向我求問公義的判語，喜悅親近神。他們說：我們禁食，你為何不看見呢？我們刻苦己心，你為何不理會呢？看哪，你們禁食的日子仍求利益，勒逼人為你們做苦工。你們禁食，卻互相爭競，以凶惡的拳頭打人。你們今日禁食，不得使你們的聲音聽聞於上。

若有人飢餓，可以在家裏先吃，免得你們聚會，自己取罪。其餘的事，我來的時候再安排。

弟兄們，這卻怎麼樣呢？你們聚會的時候，各人或有詩歌，或有教訓，或有啟示，或有方言，或有翻出來的話，凡事都當造就人。

我稱讚你們，因你們凡事記念我，又堅守我所傳給你們的。

當面的責備強如背地的愛情。

你們聚會的時候，算不得吃主的晚餐；

你們不要再獻虛浮的供物。香品是我所憎惡的；月朔和安息日，並宣召的大會，也是我所憎惡的；作罪孽，又守嚴肅會，我也不能容忍。你們的月朔和節期，我心裏恨惡，我都以為麻煩；我擔當，便不耐煩。

作官的原不是叫行善的懼怕，乃是叫作惡的懼怕。你願意不懼怕掌權的嗎？你只要行善，就可得他的稱讚；
