皆飲一靈飲、蓋所飲者、出自相隨之靈磐、夫磐即基督也、

其所飲者、隨在皆有靈磐之水、磐者、基督也、

皆飲靈飲、所飲者乃自隨之之靈磐所出、此磐即基督、

共飲同一神水、蓋靈磐常與之偕、若輩得隨時就飲焉。靈磐者何、基督是已。

and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ.

They did not thirst when he led them through the deserts; he made water flow for them from the rock; he split the rock and the water gushed out.

On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out,“ If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink.

Jesus answered her,“ If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you,‘ Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”

The wild beasts will honor me, the jackals and the ostriches, for I give water in the wilderness, rivers in the desert, to give drink to my chosen people,

These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ.

The Spirit and the Bride say,“ Come.” And let the one who hears say,“ Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.

Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after blessing it broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said,“ Take, eat; this is my body.”And he took a cup, and when he had given thanks he gave it to them, saying,“ Drink of it, all of you,for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.

For since the law has but a shadow of the good things to come instead of the true form of these realities, it can never, by the same sacrifices that are continually offered every year, make perfect those who draw near.

The field is the world, and the good seed is the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one,and the enemy who sowed them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are angels.

Then Joseph said to him,“ This is its interpretation: the three branches are three days.

The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good ears are seven years; the dreams are one.

And of these again you shall take some and cast them into the midst of the fire and burn them in the fire. From there a fire will come out into all the house of Israel.“ Thus says the Lord God: This is Jerusalem. I have set her in the center of the nations, with countries all around her.
