如我凡事悅眾、不求益己、乃求益眾、使之得救也、

even as I try to please everyone in every way. For I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may be saved.

今我欲取信於人乎、抑欲取信於上帝乎、或求悅於人乎、若仍悅人、則非基督僕矣、○

各宜悅鄰、以致其益、而建立之、蓋基督亦非悅己、如經云、詈爾之詈及於我、

爾尚意我向爾自訴、然我在基督中上帝前而言也、愛友乎、所言悉以建爾、

庶可發我骨肉之憤、而救其數人、

此外更有日集於我者、即為諸會之慮也、誰弱而我不弱乎、誰躓而我心不如焚乎、
