凡市场上所卖的，你们只管吃，不要为良心的缘故问什么，

你们要住在那家，吃喝他们所供给的，因为工人得工钱是应当的；不要从这家搬到那家。无论进哪一城，人若接待你们，给你们摆上什么食物，你们就吃什么。

我先前写信告诉过你们，不可与淫乱的人交往。此话不是泛指这世上所有行淫乱的，或贪婪的，勒索的，或拜偶像的；若是这样，你们非离开这世界不可。但现在，我写信告诉你们，若有称为弟兄的人却仍犯淫乱，或贪婪，或拜偶像，或辱骂，或醉酒，或勒索，这样的人不可跟他交往，就是跟他吃饭都不可以。

既然我们知道主是可畏的，就劝导人；但是上帝是认识我们的，我盼望你们的良心也认识我们。

把那肥牛犊牵来宰了，我们来吃喝庆祝；

利未在自己家里为耶稣大摆宴席，有一大群税吏和别的人与他们一同坐席。法利赛人和文士就向耶稣的门徒发怨言说：“你们为什么跟税吏和罪人一同吃喝呢？”

反而把那些暗昧可耻的事弃绝了，不行诡诈，不曲解上帝的道，只将真理显扬出来，好在上帝面前把自己推荐给各人的良心。

众人看见，都私下议论说：“他竟然到罪人家里去住宿。”

我们现在写给你们的话，无非是你们所能诵读、所能明白的，我也盼望你们真能彻底明白。
