且吾不欲兄弟之昧於史訓也。昔吾列祖、悉皆托庇祥雲、行經滄海；

For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea.

Brothers and sisters, I want you to know something about our people who lived long ago. They were all led by the cloud. They all walked through the Red Sea.

For I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea,

I don’t want you to forget, dear brothers and sisters, about our ancestors in the wilderness long ago. All of them were guided by a cloud that moved ahead of them, and all of them walked through the sea on dry ground.

Now I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that our ancestors were all under the cloud, all passed through the sea,

他铺开云彩作帘幕，用火来照亮黑夜。

他将海分开，使他们过去，使众水立起如垒。他白天用云彩、整夜用火光引导他们。

我们的祖先在埃及时，不明白你的奇妙作为，不记念你丰盛的慈爱，反倒在红海边悖逆。但他为自己名的缘故拯救他们，为要彰显他的大能。他斥责红海，海就干涸了；他带他们走过深渊，如同走过旱地。他拯救他们脱离仇恨者的手，从仇敌的手中救赎了他们。水淹没了他们的敌人，连一个也没有留下。

但如果有人不承认，他也不会被承认。

因着信，他们走过了红海，像走过干地那样；埃及人试着这样做，就被吞灭了。

他曾把海变成干地，众人曾步行过河——在那里，让我们因他而欢喜！

他引导他们安然行进，使他们不惧怕；海水却淹没了他们的仇敌。

弟兄们，我不愿意你们不明白有关属灵的事。

耶和华必一直引导你，在干旱之地使你身心满足，又使你的骨头强壮；你必像灌溉充足的园子，又像水流不绝的泉源。从你而出的人中，必有人重建古时的废墟之处；你必重立世世代代的根基；你必被称为‘破口的修补者’、‘住人街道的修复者’。“如果你在安息日克制自己的脚步，在我的圣日不行自己所喜悦的事；如果你称安息日为可喜乐的，称耶和华的圣日为可尊重的；如果你尊重这日，不行自己的路，不求自己所喜悦的事，不按自己的意思说话；

神哪，众水看见你，众水看见你就震撼，连深渊也颤抖！乌云倾泻雨水，云朵发出声音，你的箭也飞射四方。你的雷声在旋风中，你的闪电照亮世界，大地颤抖震动。你的道路在海洋中，你的路途在大水上，但你的脚踪没有人知道。你藉着摩西和亚伦的手，引导你的子民如同引导羊群。

当称谢那把红海分为两边的，因他的慈爱永远长存！他使以色列从其中经过，因他的慈爱永远长存！却把法老和他的军队抖落在红海中，因他的慈爱永远长存！

海水看见了就逃跑，约旦河也倒流。群山跳跃如公羊，冈陵跳跃如羊羔。海水啊，你为什么逃跑呢？约旦河啊，你为什么倒流呢？

并且他领受了割礼的标记，做为他没有受割礼时因信称义的印证，使他成为所有不凭着割礼而信之人的父，也使他们被算为义；

因为神如果没有顾惜原生的树枝，恐怕也不会顾惜你。

我们的祖先在这山上敬拜，而你们却说敬拜的地方必须在耶路撒冷。”

而且，如果你们属于基督，你们就是亚伯拉罕的后裔，是照着应许的继承人。

我又看见一片好像混着火的玻璃海；那些胜过了兽和兽像以及它名字数目的人，都拿着神的竖琴，站在玻璃海上；他们唱着神的奴仆摩西之歌和羔羊之歌，说：“主、神、全能者啊，你的作为又伟大又奇妙！列国之王啊，你的道路又公义又真实！
