It also included Azariah. He was the son of Hilkiah. Hilkiah was the son of Meshullam. Meshullam was the son of Zadok. Zadok was the son of Meraioth. Meraioth was the son of Ahitub. Azariah was the official who was in charge of the house of God.

守殿官和祭司長聽見了這些報告的話，心裏很為難，不知道事情要怎樣變化。

他們憑拈鬮把他們分配起來，彼此同樣；因為以利亞撒的子孫中和以他瑪的子孫中都有人在聖所做首領、或是在上帝面前做首領的。

於是守殿官同差役去，把使徒帶來，並沒有用暴力，因為怕人民，恐怕他們被人用石頭打死。

王吩咐大祭司希勒家和副祭司跟把守門檻的、將那為巴力和亞舍拉女神跟天上萬象所造的器皿、都從永恆主殿堂裏搬出來，在耶路撒冷外頭汲淪谿谷的田園裏燒了，把灰燼拿到伯特利去。

護衛長拿住了祭司長西萊雅、副祭司西番亞、和三個把守門檻的；

全營將要往前行的時候、亞倫和他的兒子們既把聖所和聖所的一切器具遮蓋完了之後，哥轄的子孫就要來抬，只是不可觸着聖物，免得死亡。會棚裏這些物件是哥轄子孫所應當抬的。祭司亞倫的兒子以利亞撒所應當看管的、是燈火的油、芬芳的香、長供的素祭、和膏油；也要看管整個帳幕、和其中所有的、以及聖所和聖所的器具。』

這是米拉利子孫的家族的事務、包括他們在會棚裏的一切事務、在祭司亞倫的兒子以他瑪手下的。』
