These were the locations of their settlements allotted as their territory( they were assigned to the descendants of Aaron who were from the Kohathite clan, because the first lot was for them):

Here were the places where they made their homes. These places were given to them as their territory. Some were given to the children of Aaron who were from the family group of Kohath. They were given out by casting lots. The first lot was for Kohath.

These are their dwelling places according to their settlements within their borders: to the sons of Aaron of the clans of Kohathites, for theirs was the first lot,

This is a record of the towns and territory assigned by means of sacred lots to the descendants of Aaron, who were from the clan of Kohath.

These were the places assigned to Aaron’s descendants from the Kohathite family for their settlements in their territory, because the first lot was for them.

Now these are their settlements according to their camps within their borders. To the sons of Aaron of the families of the Kohathites( for theirs was the first lot),

Now these are their dwelling places throughout their settlements in their territory, for they were given by lot to the sons of Aaron, of the family of the Kohathites:

Now these are their dwelling- places according to their encampments in their borders: to the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites( for theirs was the first lot),

These were the places assigned to Aaron’s sons from the Kohathite family for their settlements in their territory, because the first lot was for them.

Now these[ are] their dwelling places throughout their castles in their coasts, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.

These were the areas where Aaron’s descendants lived: The following belonged to the Kohathite clan, for they received the first allotment:

此皆以實馬利諸子之名、隨其鄉黨、十二牧伯、各治其族。

在摩押平原、約但河濱、耶利哥相對之處、耶和華諭摩西曰、告以色列族、於其所得之地、以邑郊賜於利未人、其人民則處於邑中、其牛羊六畜與凡所有則歸於郊、所賜於利未人者、邑垣而外、四周一百丈為郊、郊外之地、東西南北、各二百丈、邑在其中、此即邑郊之丈數也。利未人所得之邑郊、其中必有六邑、為逋逃之藪、使誤殺人者可遁於彼、外此更得邑四十有二、蓋利未人所得之邑郊、共四十有八。以色列族所得之地、必於其中賜邑於利未人、視得地之大小、為賜邑之多寡、各循所得之業而給焉。○

城垣閭里、燬之以火、

以色列族、由其業中、以邑郊賜利未人、循耶和華命、初掣籤乃哥轄族得邑、其中祭司亞倫之子孫、既為利未人、則掣籤而得在猶大、西面、便雅憫、三支派中、十三邑。哥轄族諸子掣籤而得、在以法蓮及但二支派、馬拿西支派之半者、十邑、革順子孫、掣籤而得、在以薩迦、亞設、納大利、三支派、又在巴山地、馬拿西支派之半者、十三邑。米喇哩族、在流便、伽得、西布倫、三支派、得十二邑。以上所載諸邑與郊、乃以色列族掣籤予利未人、循耶和華所諭摩西之命。○

利未支派、哥轄族、亞倫子孫、首掣籤而得邑。
