Then David said to the whole assembly,“ Praise the Lord your God.” So they all praised the Lord, the God of their fathers; they bowed down, prostrating themselves before the Lord and the king.

Then David said to the whole community,“ Praise the Lord your God.” So all of them praised the Lord. He’s the God of their people who lived long ago. The whole community bowed low. They fell down flat with their faces toward the ground. They did it in front of the Lord and the king.

Then David said to all the assembly,“ Bless the Lord your God.” And all the assembly blessed the Lord, the God of their fathers, and bowed their heads and paid homage to the Lord and to the king.

Then David said to the whole assembly,“ Give praise to the Lord your God!” And the entire assembly praised the Lord, the God of their ancestors, and they bowed low and knelt before the Lord and the king.

Then David said to the whole assembly,“ Blessed be the LORD your God.” So the whole assembly praised the LORD God of their ancestors. They knelt low and paid homage to the LORD and the king.

Then David said to all the assembly,“ Now bless the Lord your God.” And all the assembly blessed the Lord, the God of their fathers, and bowed down and paid homage to the Lord and the king.

And David said to all the assembly, Now bless Jehovah your God. And all the assembly blessed Jehovah, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads, and worshipped Jehovah, and the king.

Then David said to the whole assembly,“ Praise the Lord your God.” So the whole assembly praised the Lord God of their ancestors. They bowed down and paid homage to the Lord and the king.

And David said to all the congregation, Now bless the LORD your God. And all the congregation blessed the LORD God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads, and worshipped the LORD, and the king.

David told the entire assembly:“ Praise the LORD your God!” So the entire assembly praised the LORD God of their ancestors; they bowed down and stretched out flat on the ground before the LORD and the king.

Then David said to all the assembly,“ Now bless Yahweh your God!” All the assembly blessed Yahweh, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads and prostrated themselves before Yahweh and the king.

人民就相信了；他們聽見耶和華眷顧以色列人，也鑒察了他們的痛苦，就俯伏敬拜。

要尊重眾人，愛護弟兄，敬畏神，尊敬君王。

來吧，我們來俯伏敬拜，在造我們的耶和華面前跪下。

以色列人看見耶和華向埃及人所顯大能的手，就敬畏耶和華，又信服耶和華和他的僕人摩西。

於是撒母耳向耶和華呼求，耶和華就在那天打雷降雨，眾民就非常懼怕耶和華和撒母耳。

你們要向聖所舉手禱告，稱頌耶和華。

我兒，你要敬畏耶和華，也要尊敬君王；不要與叛逆的人結交。

願這一切都讚美耶和華的名，因為獨有他的名被尊崇，他的榮耀超越天地。他使自己子民的角得以高舉（“他使自己子民的角得以高舉”或譯：“他為自己的子民興起一個君王”；“君王”原文作“角”），他所有的聖民，就是和他接近的以色列人，都讚美他。你們要讚美耶和華。

耶和華以色列的神是應當稱頌的，從永遠直到永遠。”全體人民都說阿們，並且讚美耶和華。

約沙法和人民商議好了，就指派向耶和華歌唱的人，使他們身穿聖潔的服飾，走在軍隊的前面，讚美耶和華，說：“你們要稱頌耶和華，因他的慈愛永遠長存。”

以色列人對這事都很滿意，就稱頌神，不再說要上去討伐流本人和迦得人，毀滅他們所住的地方了。

以色列家啊！你們要稱頌耶和華；亞倫家啊！你們要稱頌耶和華；利未家啊！你們要稱頌耶和華；敬畏耶和華的，你們要稱頌耶和華。從錫安來的耶和華，就是住在耶路撒冷的，是應當稱頌的。你們要讚美耶和華。

然後我跪下敬拜耶和華，稱頌耶和華我主人亞伯拉罕的神，因為他引導我走恰當的路，使我得到我主人的兄弟的孫女，作我主人的兒子的妻子。

我的神，我的王啊！我要尊崇你，（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）我要永永遠遠稱頌你的名。我要天天稱頌你，我要永永遠遠讚美你的名。耶和華是至大的，配受極大的讚美，他的偉大無法測度。世世代代的人都要頌讚你的作為，他們要傳揚你大能的作為。他們要講述你威嚴的尊榮，我也要默想你奇妙的作為。他們要述說你所行可畏的事的能力，我也要宣揚你的偉大。他們要傳述你可記念、至善的名，也要歌唱你的公義。耶和華有恩典有憐憫，不輕易發怒，大有慈愛。耶和華善待萬有，他的憐憫臨到他一切所造的。耶和華啊！你一切所造的都要稱謝你，你的聖民也要稱頌你。他們要講論你國的榮耀，也要述說你大能的作為。好使世人知道你大能的作為，和你國威嚴的尊榮。你的國是永遠的國，你的王權存到萬代（七十士譯本加上“主在他的話是信實的，在他一切的作為都是聖潔的”﹔死海古卷則有“神在他的話是信實的，在他一切的作為都是慈愛的”和“耶和華是應當稱頌的，應當永遠稱頌他的名”等句）。跌倒的，耶和華都扶持他們；被壓迫的，他都扶他們起來。萬人的眼睛都仰望你，你按時把糧食賜給他們。你把手張開，使所有生物都隨願得到飽足。耶和華在他一切所行的事上，都是公義的，他對他一切所造的，都存著慈愛的心。凡是求告耶和華的，耶和華都和他們接近，就是和所有真誠求告他的人接近。敬畏他的，他必成就他們的心願，也必聽他們的呼求，拯救他們。耶和華保護所有愛他的人，卻要消滅所有惡人。我的口要說讚美耶和華的話；願所有的人都永永遠遠稱頌他的聖名。
