彼若恆遵我誡命律例、有如今日、我必堅定其國、歷世弗替、

如彼恆遵我禁令法度、一如今日、我必永其國祚。

如彼恆遵行我誡命法度、有如今日、我必鞏固其國、至於永遠云、

I will establish his kingdom forever if he is unswerving in carrying out my commands and laws, as is being done at this time.’

I will make his kingdom secure. It will last forever. That will happen if he continues to obey my commands and laws. He must continue to obey them, just as he is doing now.’

And if he continues to obey my commands and regulations as he does now, I will make his kingdom last forever.’

Then you will prosper if you are careful to observe the statutes and the rules that the Lord commanded Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Fear not; do not be dismayed.

And the Lord was angry with Solomon, because his heart had turned away from the Lord, the God of Israel, who had appeared to him twiceand had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods. But he did not keep what the Lord commanded.Therefore the Lord said to Solomon,“ Since this has been your practice and you have not kept my covenant and my statutes that I have commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom from you and will give it to your servant.Yet for the sake of David your father I will not do it in your days, but I will tear it out of the hand of your son.However, I will not tear away all the kingdom, but I will give one tribe to your son, for the sake of David my servant and for the sake of Jerusalem that I have chosen.”

Be careful now, for the Lord has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary; be strong and do it.”

Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them.Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the law that Moses my servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go.

My steadfast love I will keep for him forever, and my covenant will stand firm for him.I will establish his offspring forever and his throne as the days of the heavens.If his children forsake my law and do not walk according to my rules,if they violate my statutes and do not keep my commandments,then I will punish their transgression with the rod and their iniquity with stripes,but I will not remove from him my steadfast love or be false to my faithfulness.I will not violate my covenant or alter the word that went forth from my lips.Once for all I have sworn by my holiness; I will not lie to David.His offspring shall endure forever, his throne as long as the sun before me.Like the moon it shall be established forever, a faithful witness in the skies.” Selah

And as for you, if you will walk before me, as David your father walked, with integrity of heart and uprightness, doing according to all that I have commanded you, and keeping my statutes and my rules,then I will establish your royal throne over Israel forever, as I promised David your father, saying,‘ You shall not lack a man on the throne of Israel.’

For when Solomon was old his wives turned away his heart after other gods, and his heart was not wholly true to the Lord his God, as was the heart of David his father.

“ Concerning this house that you are building, if you will walk in my statutes and obey my rules and keep all my commandments and walk in them, then I will establish my word with you, which I spoke to David your father.And I will dwell among the children of Israel and will not forsake my people Israel.”

“ I am about to go the way of all the earth. Be strong, and show yourself a man,and keep the charge of the Lord your God, walking in his ways and keeping his statutes, his commandments, his rules, and his testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn,that the Lord may establish his word that he spoke concerning me, saying,‘ If your sons pay close attention to their way, to walk before me in faithfulness with all their heart and with all their soul, you shall not lack a man on the throne of Israel.’

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever,

Let your heart therefore be wholly true to the Lord our God, walking in his statutes and keeping his commandments, as at this day.”

If your sons keep my covenant and my testimonies that I shall teach them, their sons also forever shall sit on your throne.”
