这二祭司待百姓是这样的规矩：凡有人献祭，正煮肉的时候，祭司的仆人就来，手拿三齿的叉子，将叉子往罐里，或鼎里，或釜里，或锅里一插，插上来的肉，祭司都取了去。凡上到示罗的以色列人，他们都是这样看待。

所罗门又造耶和华殿里的金坛和陈设饼的金桌子；内殿前的精金灯台：右边五个，左边五个，并其上的金花、灯盏、蜡剪，与精金的杯、盘、镊子、调羹、火鼎，以及至圣所、内殿的门枢，和外殿的门枢。

他的供物是：一个银盘子，重一百三十舍客勒，一个银碗，重七十舍客勒，都是按圣所的平，也都盛满了调油的细面作素祭；一个金盂，重十舍客勒，盛满了香；

所罗门王一切的饮器都是金子的。黎巴嫩林宫里的一切器皿都是精金的。所罗门年间，银子算不了什么。

并精金的灯台和灯盏，可以照例点在内殿前。灯台上的花和灯盏，并蜡剪都是金的，且是纯金的；又用精金制造镊子、盘子、调羹、火鼎。至于殿门和至圣所的门扇，并殿的门扇，都是金子妆饰的。
