“你要造一座用纯金锤出的灯台。灯台的座、干、杯、花萼和花瓣，都要和灯台接连一块。灯台两旁要伸出六根枝子：这边三根，那边三根。这边枝子上有三个杯，形状像杏花，有花萼有花瓣；那边枝子上也有三个杯，形状像杏花，有花萼有花瓣。从灯台伸出来的六根枝子都是如此。灯台本身要有四个杯，形状像杏花，有花萼有花瓣。灯台的第一对枝子下面有花萼，灯台的第二对枝子下面有花萼，灯台的第三对枝子下面也有花萼；灯台伸出的六根枝子都是如此。花萼和枝子都要和灯台接连一块，全是从一块纯金锤出来的。要做灯台的七盏灯，灯要点燃，照亮前面。要用纯金做灯剪和灯盘。做灯台和这一切的器具要用一他连得纯金。

走廊柱子顶上的柱顶高四肘，刻着百合花。

我问天使说：“那么在灯台左右的这两棵橄榄树是什么意思呢？”我再次问他：“这两根橄榄树枝在两根流出金色油的金嘴旁边，是什么意思呢？”他对我说：“你不知道这是什么意思吗？”我说：“主啊，我不知道。”他说：“这是两位受膏者，侍立在全地之主的旁边。”

至于你所看见、在我右手中的七颗星和那七个金灯台的奥秘就是：七颗星是七个教会的使者，七个灯台是七个教会。”“你要写信给以弗所教会的使者，说：‘那右手拿着七颗星，在七个金灯台中间行走的这样说：

他照所定的样式造十个金灯台，放在殿里：五个在右边，五个在左边。

我转过身来要看看是谁的声音在跟我说话。我一转过来，看见了七个金灯台；在灯台中间有一位好像人子的，身穿垂到脚的长袍，胸间束着金带。

他问我：“你看见什么？”我说：“我看见了，看哪，有一个纯金的灯台，顶上有灯座，其上有七盏灯，每盏灯的上头有七根管子；旁边有两棵橄榄树，一棵在灯座的右边，一棵在灯座的左边。”
