Their fellow Levites were in charge of the treasuries of the house of God and the treasuries for the dedicated things.

Men were in charge of the treasures in the house of God. They were the Levite relatives of the men who guarded the gates. These men were also in charge of other treasures that had been set apart for God.

And of the Levites, Ahijah had charge of the treasuries of the house of God and the treasuries of the dedicated gifts.

Other Levites, led by Ahijah, were in charge of the treasuries of the house of God and the treasuries of the gifts dedicated to the Lord.

From the Levites, Ahijah was in charge of the treasuries of God’s temple and the treasuries of what had been dedicated.

The Levites, their relatives, were in charge of the treasures of the house of God and of the treasures of the dedicated gifts.

Of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasuries of the house of God and over the treasuries of the dedicated things.

The sons of Jehieli; Zetham, and Joel his brother,[ which were] over the treasures of the house of the LORD.

So was ended all the work that king Solomon made for the house of the LORD. And Solomon brought in the things which David his father had dedicated;[ even] the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, did he put among the treasures of the house of the LORD.

They gave after their ability unto the treasure of the work threescore and one thousand drams of gold, and five thousand pound of silver, and one hundred priests’ garments.

And he took away the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king’s house; he even took away all: and he took away all the shields of gold which Solomon had made.

And David prepared iron in abundance for the nails for the doors of the gates, and for the joinings; and brass in abundance without weight;Also cedar trees in abundance: for the Zidonians and they of Tyre brought much cedar wood to David.

Then Asa took all the silver and the gold[ that were] left in the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king’s house, and delivered them into the hand of his servants: and king Asa sent them to Benhadad, the son of Tabrimon, the son of Hezion, king of Syria, that dwelt at Damascus, saying,

Them also king David dedicated unto the LORD, with the silver and the gold that he brought from all[ these] nations; from Edom, and from Moab, and from the children of Ammon, and from the Philistines, and from Amalek.

Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God the gold for[ things to be made] of gold, and the silver for[ things] of silver, and the brass for[ things] of brass, the iron for[ things] of iron, and wood for[ things] of wood; onyx stones, and[ stones] to be set, glistering stones, and of divers colours, and all manner of precious stones, and marble stones in abundance.Moreover, because I have set my affection to the house of my God, I have of mine own proper good, of gold and silver,[ which] I have given to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house,[ Even] three thousand talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, to overlay the walls of the houses[ withal]:The gold for[ things] of gold, and the silver for[ things] of silver, and for all manner of work[ to be made] by the hands of artificers. And who[ then] is willing to consecrate his service this day unto the LORD?Then the chief of the fathers and princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers of the king’s work, offered willingly,And gave for the service of the house of God of gold five thousand talents and ten thousand drams, and of silver ten thousand talents, and of brass eighteen thousand talents, and one hundred thousand talents of iron.And they with whom[ precious] stones were found gave[ them] to the treasure of the house of the LORD, by the hand of Jehiel the Gershonite.

For these Levites, the four chief porters, were in[ their] set office, and were over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.And they lodged round about the house of God, because the charge[ was] upon them, and the opening thereof every morning[ pertained] to them.And[ certain] of them had the charge of the ministering vessels, that they should bring them in and out by tale.[ Some] of them also[ were] appointed to oversee the vessels, and all the instruments of the sanctuary, and the fine flour, and the wine, and the oil, and the frankincense, and the spices.And[ some] of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.

Which Shelomith and his brethren[ were] over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.Out of the spoils won in battles did they dedicate to maintain the house of the LORD.And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated;[ and] whosoever had dedicated[ any thing, it was] under the hand of Shelomith, and of his brethren.

Then Hezekiah commanded to prepare chambers in the house of the LORD; and they prepared[ them],And brought in the offerings and the tithes and the dedicated[ things] faithfully: over which Cononiah the Levite[ was] ruler, and Shimei his brother[ was] the next.

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that[ there shall] not[ be room] enough[ to receive it].

Now, behold, in my trouble I have prepared for the house of the LORD an hundred thousand talents of gold, and a thousand thousand talents of silver; and of brass and iron without weight; for it is in abundance: timber also and stone have I prepared; and thou mayest add thereto.Moreover[ there are] workmen with thee in abundance, hewers and workers of stone and timber, and all manner of cunning men for every manner of work.Of the gold, the silver, and the brass, and the iron,[ there is] no number. Arise[ therefore], and be doing, and the LORD be with thee.

And the pattern of all that he had by the spirit, of the courts of the house of the LORD, and of all the chambers round about, of the treasuries of the house of God, and of the treasuries of the dedicated things:Also for the courses of the priests and the Levites, and for all the work of the service of the house of the LORD, and for all the vessels of service in the house of the LORD.[ He gave] of gold by weight for[ things] of gold, for all instruments of all manner of service;[ silver also] for all instruments of silver by weight, for all instruments of every kind of service:Even the weight for the candlesticks of gold, and for their lamps of gold, by weight for every candlestick, and for the lamps thereof: and for the candlesticks of silver by weight,[ both] for the candlestick, and[ also] for the lamps thereof, according to the use of every candlestick.And by weight[ he gave] gold for the tables of shewbread, for every table; and[ likewise] silver for the tables of silver:Also pure gold for the fleshhooks, and the bowls, and the cups: and for the golden basons[ he gave gold] by weight for every bason; and[ likewise silver] by weight for every bason of silver:And for the altar of incense refined gold by weight; and gold for the pattern of the chariot of the cherubims, that spread out[ their wings], and covered the ark of the covenant of the LORD.All[ this, said David], the LORD made me understand in writing by[ his] hand upon me,[ even] all the works of this pattern.

And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses,[ was] ruler of the treasures.
