King David said to Ornan,“ No; but I will most certainly buy it for the full price. For I will not take that which is yours for Yahweh, nor offer a burnt offering that costs me nothing.”

大卫王对阿珥楠说：“不，我一定要按十足的价钱买；因我不能用你的东西献给耶和华，也不能用白得之物献为燔祭。”

大卫王对阿珥楠说：“不，我一定要按十足的价钱买；因我不能用你的东西献给耶和华，也不能用白得之物献为燔祭。”

大卫王说：“不可，我一定要付你全价，我不能拿你的东西献给耶和华，不能把白白得来的献作燔祭。”

大卫王对阿珥楠说：“不，我必照足价银向你买；我不能拿你的东西献给耶和华，也不能把没有付代价的东西献上作燔祭。”

大衛王對阿珥楠說：「不然！我必要用足價向你買。我不用你的物獻給耶和華，也不用白得之物獻為燔祭。」

大衛王對阿珥楠說：「不，我一定要按十足的價錢買；因我不能用你的東西獻給耶和華，也不能用白得之物獻為燔祭。」

大衛王說：「不可，我一定要付你全價，我不能拿你的東西獻給耶和華，不能把白白得來的獻作燔祭。」

大衛王對阿珥楠說：“不，我必照足價銀向你買；我不能拿你的東西獻給耶和華，也不能把沒有付代價的東西獻上作燔祭。”

大衛王對阿珥楠說：『不；我一定要按足額的價銀向你買；我不拿屬你的東西來奉給永恆主，不獻上白得之物為燔祭。』

大衛王曰、不然、我必足其價以購之、不取爾物獻於耶和華、不費財之燔祭、我不獻之、

大闢王曰、不可、我欲購之、以償爾值、不欲不費我財、而取爾物、用獻燔祭、奉事耶和華。

大衛謂阿珥楠曰、不然、我欲購之、必足予以值、我不欲取爾之物獻於主、我不欲以不費而得者、獻為火焚祭、

But King David replied to Araunah,“ No, I insist on paying the full price. I will not take for the Lord what is yours, or sacrifice a burnt offering that costs me nothing.”

But King David replied to Araunah,“ No! I want to pay the full price. I won’t take what belongs to you and give it to the Lord. I won’t sacrifice a burnt offering that hasn’t cost me anything.”

But King David said to Ornan,“ No, but I will buy them for the full price. I will not take for the Lord what is yours, nor offer burnt offerings that cost me nothing.”

But King David replied to Araunah,“ No, I insist on buying it for the full price. I will not take what is yours and give it to the Lord. I will not present burnt offerings that have cost me nothing!”

King David answered Ornan,“ No, I insist on paying the full price, for I will not take for the LORD what belongs to you or offer burnt offerings that cost me nothing.”

Nevertheless, King David said to Ornan,“ No, but I will certainly buy it for the full price; for I will not take what is yours for the Lord, nor offer a burnt offering which costs me nothing.”

Then King David said to Ornan,“ No, but I will surely buy it for the full price, for I will not take what is yours for the Lord, nor offer burnt offerings with that which costs me nothing.”

And king David said to Ornan, Nay; but I will verily buy it for the full price: for I will not take that which is thine for Jehovah, nor offer a burnt- offering without cost.

King David answered Ornan,“ No, I insist on paying the full price, for I will not take for the Lord what belongs to you or offer burnt offerings that cost me nothing.”

And king David said to Ornan, Nay; but I will verily buy it for the full price: for I will not take[ that] which[ is] thine for the LORD, nor offer burnt offerings without cost.

King David replied to Ornan,“ No, I insist on buying it for top price. I will not offer to the LORD what belongs to you or offer a burnt sacrifice that cost me nothing.

“ But you profane it, in that you say,‘ Yahweh’s table is polluted, and its fruit, even its food, is contemptible.’You say also,‘ Behold, what a weariness it is!’ and you have sniffed at it”, says Yahweh of Armies;“ and you have brought that which was taken by violence, the lame, and the sick; thus you bring the offering. Should I accept this at your hand?” says Yahweh.“ But the deceiver is cursed, who has in his flock a male, and vows, and sacrifices to the Lord a defective thing; for I am a great King,” says Yahweh of Armies,“ and my name is awesome among the nations.”

Three times in a year all of your males shall appear before Yahweh your God in the place which he chooses: in the feast of unleavened bread, in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of booths. They shall not appear before Yahweh empty.Every man shall give as he is able, according to Yahweh your God’s blessing which he has given you.

Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men.

that I will not take a thread nor a sandal strap nor anything that is yours, lest you should say,‘ I have made Abram rich.’

He spoke to Ephron in the audience of the people of the land, saying,“ But if you will, please hear me. I will give the price of the field. Take it from me, and I will bury my dead there.”
