They will destroy you with their swords. Or you can have three days when the sword of the Lord will punish you. That means there would be three days of plague in the land. 大闢在位之時年饑、歷三載、大闢諮諏於耶和華。耶和華曰、緣掃羅及其全家、殘忍是行嘗殺基遍人。

寧殞於鋒刃、不願死於饑饉、土產已絶、日漸衰微兮。

如爾不聽從爾上帝耶和華之命、不守我今日所傳之禁令禮儀、則必服咒詛、禍及其身、今詳言之。

蓋耶和華將遍行通國、擊埃及人、見楣橛釁血、必逾越其門、不容殘賊者入擊爾曹。

為爾背約、故以鋒刃擊爾、洩我忿怒。爾若集於邑垣、我必使疫癘流行、付爾於敵。既減爾食、十婦炊餅於一爐、較量其數、爾雖得食、不能果腹。汝猶不聽從我言、所行逆我、我必震怒、降罰於爾、督責爾罪、至於七倍、使爾殘食子女。

耶和華必使爾身勞、體瘧、氣熱、膚紅、亦使爾亡於刃、風暴五穀、細弱特甚、襲爾以災、迨爾翦滅。

是夕耶和華之使出、在亞述營擊其士卒、十八萬五千、詰朝惟見尸骸而已。

有婦人焉、以利沙曾甦其子、今告之曰、耶和華命必使饑饉、臨於斯土、歷至七載、爾與爾家、必當遷徙、隨爾所適、

我真實告爾、昔以利亞時、天閉塞三年有半、徧地大饑、以色列民間多嫠、

上帝耶和華遣使至耶路撒冷擊眾、忽垂顧息怒、諭天使曰、足矣、可止爾手、其時耶和華使者在耶布士人、亞勞拿之穀場。大闢見耶和華之使者、立於空中、拔刃在手、直指耶路撒冷、則率長老、俱衣麻服、俯伏於地。

伽得告大闢曰、或饑饉臨於爾土、歷至七年、或為敵追襲、歷至三月、或瘟疫流行爾國、歷至三日、爾其思之、俾我反告遣我者。大闢曰我迫阨甚矣耶和華矜憫為懷、願陷於其手、勿陷於人手。

耶和華必使爾為敵所敗、爾合一處而去、必分七途而遁、播棄於天下億兆之中。

希律不歸榮上帝、主之使者遂鑿之、為蟲所噬而氣絕、○

耶和華之劍、何時入鞘、鋒藏不試。

爾畜之所生、爾土之所產、俱必並吞、爾穀與酒及油、暨牛羊之所息、取之殆盡、迨爾危亡。於爾上帝耶和華所錫之地、四境之內、城垣鞏固、高聳特甚、爾恃之以無恐、必見圍於敵、攻而下之。

厥後、我觀四天使、立地四極、掌四風、使勿吹陸地、若海若樹、又觀一天使、至自暘谷、執永生上帝印、以四天使將毀傷陸地若海、故大聲語之曰、陸地若海若樹、勿毀傷、上帝僕眾、俟我以印誌其顙、

則爾所懼之鋒刃饑饉、踵爾之後、在埃及遇之、令爾死亡。

爾曹猶有孑遺、處於敵國、必使爾心畏葸、風吹葉落、偶聞其聲、則懼而遁、若避鋒刃、即無追者、亦必隕沒。自相蹂躪、如擊以刃、拒敵無能。

基列之的庇人、以利亞告亞哈曰、我指所事以色列族之上帝耶和華而誓、今以後、數年間雨露不降、惟我言是聽。

我必拒爾、使死於敵前、憾爾者將虐爾、無人追襲、爾亦遁逃。

耶和華必加爾以瘡痍、爾膝與股、自頂至踵、無不遍染、醫不能治。

如我使瘟疫、流布其國、震怒特甚、加以殺戮、人與畜無噍類焉、雖有挪亞、但以理、約百居其中、我耶和華指己而誓、彼為善者止能救一己之命、不能救其子女。主耶和華又曰、我使四災降於耶路撒冷、鋒刃、饑饉、暴獸、瘟疫、使人畜靡有孑遺、其害豈非尤重乎。

曠野童山、寇賊已至、遍於四境、民罹鋒刃、被吞噬、不享綏安、我使之然。

蓋我耶和華降罰億兆、使蹈鋒刃、罹火災、殺戮者不可勝數、

耶和華必以埃及人所患之瘡痍、癰痔、疥癬、醫所不能治者、加乎爾身。

爾食舊穀、新穀既盈、舊穀可移。

世末亦然、天使將出、於善之中以別其惡、投之火爐、在彼有哀哭切齒者矣、○
