“ Go and tell David,‘ This is what the Lord says: I am giving you three options. Choose one of them for me to carry out against you.’”

“ Go and tell David,‘ The Lord says,“ I could punish you in three different ways. Choose one of them for me to punish you with.” ’ ”

如果你们认为事奉耶和华不好，那么今日你们就可以选择你们所要事奉的：是你们列祖在大河那边事奉的神呢，还是你们现在所住亚摩利人之地的神呢？至于我和我家，我们必事奉耶和华。”

耶和华对摩西和亚伦说：“因为你们不信我，不在以色列人眼前尊我为圣，所以你们必不得领这会众进入我赐给他们的地。”

所以，从今以后，刀剑必不离开你的家，因为你藐视了我，娶了赫人乌利亚的妻子作你的妻子。’耶和华这样说：‘看哪！我必从你家中兴起祸患攻击你；我要在你的眼前把你的妃嫔拿去赐给你的同伴。他要在光天化日之下与她们同床。你在暗中行了这事，我却要在所有以色列人面前，在光天化日之下行这事报应你。’”

因为耶和华所爱的，他必责备，正如父亲责备他喜爱的儿子一样。

他就对那从犹大来的神人喊叫，说：“耶和华这样说：‘你既然违背了耶和华的命令，没有谨守耶和华你的神吩咐你的诫命，反倒回来，在耶和华吩咐你不可吃饭喝水的地方，吃了饭喝了水，因此，你的尸体不能入葬你列祖的坟墓里。’”
